Location is good. Close to the freeway, Isla Vista and Santa Barbara, depending on which way you go. Staff was friendly and made check in and out easy. Liked that the room had a full size fridge and microwave. Also liked that it had a 2 burner stove in case I wanted to heat something up.

I understand there were eating utensils available but having to get them from the front desk was a little inconvenient. I got forks, spoons and knives but didn't think about plates. After I realized it in my room I didn't want to go back down to get them. But I understand. Don't want them taken home by guests. I also wish fruit was offered with the breakfast items.

This was our second stay at Extended Stay America Suites-Santa Barbara because it is a pet friendly establishment. We liked the location - very close to the freeway and access to stores and restaurants in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this stay because the queen studio room we stayed in had no carpets. Every time a pet friendly hotel has carpets, it is a trigger for pets to pee on it because of residual smells of previous canine occupants. We had all the supplies to clean up any mess so that housekeeping did not have to deal with it but we never had to use it during our two night stay. The area is quiet and a nice place to just take a morning or evening walk.

Comfy beds and near the beach

The breakfast was grab and go. They give you only a cup of coffee and a cereal bar or a blueberry muffing.

The room was clean. NO utensils or kitchen items, glasses were in the room. You could go to the desk and obtain what you needed. Check in was quick with a very friendly associate. Quiet hotel. Easy on /off to freeway and attractions in the area.

Breakfast was not as I would have liked. It consisted of coffee, breakfast bar and muffins.

This place was way more than we expected. Staff was great and friendly. We were given everything we needed and more. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

I hope they hire more staff as the front desk lady did everything. They could use more housekeepers

Have stayed at the Hotel a few times. No frills but clean and staff is helpful if you ask . I was visiting my daughter and I just needed a basic place to stay. Good stay overall and parking wasn’t a problem !

The grab and go breakfast choices. Coffee was good !

Rooms have a kitchenette--very handy. Comfortable bed. Responsive staff. This Extended Stay location is also MUCH cleaner than other ones.

On the north end of town--adds 10-15 minutes to most commutes (but quiet and close to the Santa Barbara airport).

In-&-Out Burger is across from the hotel which is nice if you like fast food. It's near the freeway entrance of the 101.

Room is good, not great. At night, there is lots of noise with the AC and the heating unit, making it hard to sleep.

Excellent location near UCSB. Great for a few nights. Friendly staff and coffee in the morning . Breakfast is a grab and go

Unfortunately the room had a slight smell -might be due to the fact that pets are allowed. We didn’t have a pet. We also needed ice and there was no ice machine.

Comfortable , near an in-n-out starbucks convenient spot

Not enough stalk TP towels etc kitchen stuff. You need to call front desk and ask for it so it defeats the purpose of having a kitchenette
