Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Coffee machine, hair dryer and fridge in room. Iron and board in closet. Full breakfast with a LOT of choice. Gas fire pit on the back patio. Pool and exercise room included. Location is perfect for downtown access and the coastal beaches. Quiet cul-de sac.

At check-in, there was a nasty surprise of an additional $50 charge to cover possible incidental expenses. My budget didn't cover this surprise and it made for an unpleasant beginning to the weekend. I hope that this policy will be disclosed in the future- at Booking - during the reservation so some one like myself can choose if this policy works for me or not. Usually on the last day of a reservation, the cleaning crew comes AFTER the room has been vacated. Twice someone tried to come in while we were packing up. Check-out was at 11 but my room key stopped working before that.

Room was nice, modern & clean. King Suite had 2 TVs. Breakfast had a good variety and the waffles were delicious. Coffee & Cream available in lobby!

Bed was a little firm. The sofa was more comfortable. Height of the shower head…made it seem like no pressure, hard to rinse.

A bigger room than we are used to staying in as it was a suite with a comfy sofa, microwave and fridge, bath (always a bonus!). The breakfast had a range of options. The hotel / room was quiet, couldn't hear the nearby PCH. The young lady on reception went out of her way to offer places to visit in the local area when I told her we were birdwatching - thank you for your effort! This was the only place we stayed at on our trip that we were aware of that had free-to-view movie streaming on the TV that was easy to access.

Nothing to do with the hotel but it is opposite a school and we made the mistake of arriving to check in at school exit time so we were sitting at the road crossing at the adjacent junction for over 10 minutes whilst all the young folk crocodiled out across the road. No noise or any problem but just try and check in at a different time!

The lobby is lovely, and the rooms are quite spacious, upscale and clean. The bathroom and shower are large, and the towels are big and soft. There is ample free parking. Because the hotel is off the main part of Mission, it is very quiet. The breakfast was unexpectedly good; most free hotel breakfasts are marginal at best. There are four food stations with both hot and cold options. I am picky about hotels and would absolutely stay here again. (I am from Santa Cruz so am familiar with many hotels.)

Having been to this venue before, I chose it based on its recent construction (built in 2014-15) and the location; just far enough outside the city to provide some peace, but close enough to access wants and needs that a city's business district can provide. The property is also in close proximity to some fine pedestrian paths and trails. One can find their way to Natural Bridges, Seymour Science Center, or even Wilder State Park without driving.

There's only one way to get to rooms above the first floor; the elevator. I prefer using stairs to access upper floors and that doesn't exist at this venue. There are stairs that connect between floors and lead to exiting the inn without going through the lobby, but one can only get back to their room by going through the lobby to take the elevator. I assume this is a security feature.

Spacious room with microwave and fridge in a room. 10 minutes walk to the Natural Bridges park.

Disposable tableware for breakfast is not nice. No water offered in a room.

The location was surprisingly quiet being both close to HWY 1 and the beach at Natural Bridges.

The location is excellent near Natural Bridges in a quiet area not far from the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a nice variety of tasty and healthful snack items. The parking is free.

The breakfast could be more substantial considering the cost of the hotel, and breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Breakfast was wonderful staff seem courtesy. It was clean and had everything in the snack bar if needed as well as a quiet location. Across from a gym and a beach view 🧐. Staff gave me a couple on book for boardwalk really appreciate that.

Booked a room with a bathtub as i have had several back surgeries and when I got there even though it said it on my booking email I was told that they didn't have a room with a bath to suite us. I literally almost cried and she said she was sorry to try the jacuzzi early. Needless to say the hot tub was full with lots of loud young couples and for hours unchecked each morning and each night. Different people but no room for me. I don't have a bath at home have to go to physical therapy etc etc my whole trip was based around a tub and as nice as it was it didn't have the one thing I needed and wanted most. This has been my first vacation in 4 years taking care of my elderly parents and then my sister got cancer. I was so excited. Sorry it seem silly but it was quite a let down.

Location. I was there when the fire alarm went off and a second time when the power for the whole building went out - big storm. But I still come back because it’s a good place. Maybe I’ll get a free stay based on above. Only thing that needs help BADLY is the morning breakfast- very sad need real eggs, sausage/bacon, other items the resemble REAL food.
