We had a deluxe villa and the view was absolutely fantastic. Full kitchen, living space and two bathrooms. Pools were nice. Nice private beach with scenic walk. Small play structure for kids. Parking was free and close to room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our washer but we were able to use a washer in the adjacent room.

Minor inconvenience with washing machine not working. But the staff made it right. WiFi would not work for Mac computer but fine for IPhone. Ceiling light in kitchen was a little dirty. One bathroom was missing toilet paper. Minor issues. Restaurant within hotel had decent food but the service was terrible.

Great location, loved the golf cart rides to the beach and to other parts of the property.

Couldn’t get connected to the WiFi or get internet. It kept going in and out with only 1 bar. Since there was no internet, we could not use the OnDemand features to get a movie at night. The TV also does not connect to a smartphone to stream anything. I called multiple times about the issue, a maintenance man came out once but couldn’t fix it. The next day I called again with no response.

Beautiful location and staff are very friendly, we also got a free upgrade which was great! We loved the villa and the beach is great to spend half a day catching the sun and taking in the views! Definitely recommend this area very quiet and a hidden gem, also recommend paying extra and am doing the fire pit at the beach we throughly enjoyed it and was a story to tell moment to see the sun set! The staff are great and are very helpful, also the food in the hotel was very good and good value for money! Lots of local stores with fresh produce within walking distance, so definitely worth checking it out also a good coffee shop!

Pool sometimes can be busy, but only thing we could think of! Recommend this place, hidden gem especially seeing how close to the airport it is!

I like the food at Sealing restaurant at the resort. The food tastes fresh and delicious! My children also like the sweets things like cakes and ice cream! They asked to come back to eat again! The staffs are very nice and helpful! I feel like they are always there to help us! You make my trip comfortable and enjoyable!

Nothing! The only thing is I don’t know that we can ask the truck drive us to the beach and pick up us from the beach to room. So the first day we walked, and my son got hurt at his foot by new sandals from the beach back room. When I wondered and asked the staff, he explained and showed me how to call the truck drive us! So helps! I would like to say thank to all of you!

We had a partial beach view. It was very nice. The rooms were a very nice size and all the kitchen items were available. I like that they give you rides to and from the beach seeing that I can't walk very far. The front desk people were very courteous.

The restaurant was quite expensive and not a lot of choices. However, the choices I did make were good. There is also restaurants across the street. Some are expensive others are reasonable.

I celebrated my birthday here. After hard work and several deadlines, I like to relax in a very quiet private setting. If you are someone who likes nature and quiet and privacy in an out of the mainstream location. This is the one for you. Everything about it is wonderful. The room is 4 star and has a kitchen. The food at the Restaurant is lovely byt the best is it's right a stroll to the beach and the balcony is such as you don't see other guests on their balconies. Thus making you feel like the only people there practically. We arrive a bit late and the restaurant prepared a bite for us evern thought they had closed 15 mins prior.

Once in a while the children were a bit loud. Yes they allow children. So if you are someone who isn't interested it this, it's best to go when kids are in school. That being said, the kids were only loud on occasion so I didn't mind it at all. There was a large party event on Saturday outside, but the staff handled the guests beautifully and I never felt put upon. Also it's in a very remote area so if you want some night life you will need to go into town. But for me it's my new getaway location as it is perfect for me and my husband.

2 bedroom condo for 5 people. It was wonderful. It overlooked the ocean and the views were breathtaking. The condo looks like they may be remodeling so the main room was beautiful, the smaller room had a broken blinds and no pictures....but overall it was perfect for us. It was close to everything and very nice overall.

The view, the ambiance, the cozy feeling.

There was a blue pill on floor in master bedroom and my infant who was crawling around almost put it in his mouth. The walk down to the beach is trashed, even saw a used pad on the path. Early check in would have been great but wasn’t available. I didn’t like that we couldn’t make our own bomb fires and our own smores. The s’mores package they offer is overpriced.

Although it’s a very large property, we loved the personal atmosphere and ultra relaxing, comfortable and lovely rooms and facilities. We were surprised that our room offered a full, compact kitchen with kitchen amenities. It was a wonderful touch that really helped us feel at home! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room layout and lighting was so lovely. We were surprised by how nice everything was and would love to stay here again! Also, the jacuzzi is really hot which is great!

great view, beach was wonderful

the jacuzzi was down one day, the restaurant out of certain wines and alcohol, blender not working, your service for taking cash and credit cards not working. These might be little things to you, but when you pay these high prices for your rooms it means alot to us.
