The place I s clean and the price was fair and included a decent breakfast.

Office staff was not particularly friendly but did their jobs. Also, the walls and ceiling are thin and you can hear neighbors pretty clearly.

Room was clean. All the facilities are nice. The location is great -- walkable to grocery stores, great restaurants and a short drive to various beaches, including the boardwalk. Love the hot tub! Great way to end the day.

Many previous comments praised about the breakfast, but perhaps it's the Memorial weekend, the breakfast wasn't very impressive. There wasn't any egg, nor hot water. Both days we went down a bit before 8:30. The second day, they ran out of milk by 8:30, and almost ran out of yogurt, yet no staff came to check or refill.

Newly remodeled, this property was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Efficient blackout blinds kept the room dark for sleeping. The staff was helpful, and the continental breakfast was extensive. Waffles, hard, boiled eggs, and the usual.

All was good. My parents have stayed here extensively in the past, I always thought it was a bit dumpy, so I was pleasantly surprised at the new renovations. Clean, modern and bright rooms. Highly recommend this location. It’s also close to great restaurants and shopping, and if you have a car, you don’t need to stay closer to downtown.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, which made me feel comfortable from the start. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there were plenty of tasty options to choose from. One of the highlights for me was the huge TV in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby, and a large grocery store right across the street, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

They don’t have lotion/moisturizer in the room so it was a pain when I forgot mine - make sure to bring your own. There’s nothing to dislike about this property, I’ll be staying here again in the future.

My room was perfect - until I tried to take a shower and the shower didn't work. The sink and toilet had water but not the shower. I went to the front desk and Ben was very helpful and kind and had me switched into another (Upgraded!) room in no time. I am in the customer service business and what is more important than things going perfectly, is how things are handled when it goes wrong (and it WILL go wrong!) Ben is a keeper! The following morning I found the happy, helpful Jennifer at the front desk and was charmed. Next time I am in this area, I will DEFINITELY seek out

Extremely clean and tidy room with all essential amenities. Quiet and restful sleep even with several guests staying nearby. Location is excellent for wonderful local dining, coffee and essential grocery shopping for vacationers. There is even a little local secret ice cream parlor just across the street.

Make sure to look at your mapping service. The entry to office is a bit tricky.

The room was clean and beautiful. The windows opened up into a lovely courtyard, where we could hear birds in the trees in the morning. The bands were very comfortable. I slept great!

I am not much of a breakfast person, but there was delicious yogurt for breakfast and fresh fruit. I would’ve liked to have had teabags for herbal tea, chamomile or peppermint. Instead of the Keurig.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable which are the most important things for me. The free breakfast was above average. I loved all the plush foliage surrounding the hotel, and the quaint room where the hot tub was located had a tropical feel. The location of this hotel was excellent for us! It is near Natural Bridges State Beach, The Humble Sea Brewery, the Parish Pub and VIM Restaurant is right next door.

We loved the room. It was renovated and clean. It was fully stocked with towels for our family of 5. It was just around the corner from the breakfast room. My kids loved making mini waffles! It was also about a 10 min drive from the boardwalk and across the street from Farrells Donuts, which was open 24/7.

There seemed to be a lot of flies outside.

excellent staff; happy to mail a shirt to me that I left hanging in the closet. breakfast quite basic, nothing special. location just fine, about a mile from the ocean. plenty of good and reasonable restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was a bit wanting. On our second morning, we had breakfast at a great Croissant place across the street. Price a bit steep, but not outrageous.
