All perfectly functional. Everything seems new and recently renovated. A very comfy bed, a decent shower and a quiet location - all you need for an overnight layover between legs of a long itinerary.

Would have been good to have a coffee maker in the room as many hotels (even budget ones) have these days. This is especially true since there was nothing to eat and only yesterday's tepid coffee in the urns at 3:30am when the first shuttle for the airport left. This hotel advertises a free breakfast so surely there should be something laid on in time for the people taking the first airport shuttle!!

First, I was looking for location, wanted to be close to The Parking Spot, this was perfect, 2.7 miles away. Second, because I was alone I was looking at the area for safety, again, this was perfect, I felt very comfortable and at ease parking there. Third, I was looking for value and, once again, this was a good value being so close to the airport. The room was nice, the bed comfortable with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee pot. I felt, all around, this hotel gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! The final part was the ladies at the check in, very nice and they explained everything, and helpful when I told them I was hearing impaired. They even asked me what floor i preferred, NO hotel has EVER asked me that and I have travelled a lot! I would definately stay here again! By the way, Karen was the one who stayed but it was under my husband's name and he had all these concerns as well.

Nothing, I only stayed one night so didn't use any if the amenities but I am really happy with this hotel!

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The free breakfast was adequate. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There was an in-room coffee maker and I had coffee for the first day. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room unless asked which is typical these days however if they aren't going to come in and replenish the supplies they should set up the room for the length of the stay or there should be some available at the desk, When I returned to my room in the evening and realized there was no coffee for in the morning I went to the desk to inquire only to be told there is nobody on shift to get more coffee and the desk clerk has no access to it.

This place is BRAND new and is exactly what is needed for an airport hotel. Everything was clean, the room was extremely comfortable, the show was great, and, importantly, the gym was well-equipped for this type of hotel. I really liked my stay and would gladly stay again.

Nothing. It is an ideal low-cost airport hotel with the added benefit of being brand new and having a decent gym.

Newish and close to the airport. The room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The night desk attendant was pleasant and helpful.

Hotel shuttle does not run late enough. I had to hire a ride after midnight to the hotel for an extra $24, including tip. Breakfast was pretty so-so with no protein options. Everything was very high carb. Other than that, it was a short but pleasant stay.

Room was comfortable Receptionist, Kenny, was very helpful and courteous Shuttle from airport was good, although the sign for High Plains Hotel on the shuttle bus was not visible. The driver saw me waiting and asked me where I wanted to go, otherwise I would still be standing there

The order in of food took 85 minutes and the delivery person forgot my drink. He had to go and get it. The food was cold. They had said that the wait for food wood be 45 to 60 minutes. The receptionist said that the hotel didn’t have any control over it. However, it should NOT be recommended by the hotel

I liked that. It was affordable for a one night stay before a flight near the Denver airport and especially I liked the staff. Here’s a big heart-based shout out to Evelyn, who checked me in in spite of being swamped with customers she remain charming gracious as she has the most beautiful smile also really appreciated Brian this morning when I checked out that guy is funny he has great customer service skills too, so hey Brian, you should have your own comedy show. Great staff great value. Thank you.

Well in my dreams, I would have a swimming pool and a hot tub but for the price what the heck it was good I had a lovely bath instead

This isn’t really a big deal but was the only reason I couldn’t give a 10 overall - there were small things like missing moldings in the room. But the hotel is clearly in the midst of a big overhaul so these small things may be on the list to do eventually. Despite the work being done our room was clean and comfortable and quiet!!

The hotel was great - it smelled so CLEAN everywhere we went. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping was able to track down our daughters priceless stuffed animal that she left behind and held it until one of our local family members were able to pick it up to ship back to us. Also, super close to the airport and a gas station so we could refill our rental car right on the way to drop it off and took only 10 minutes to get to the airport!

I don't really have anything negative to say. The hotel suited our purpose and was a delightful stay while we were there.

I checked in a little early, and the staff was happy to help me with my booking and payment. I highly recommend it because of cleaning, delicious breakfast, location, and room cleanliness.
