Great location, comfortable room

Pricey choice when one is arriving late and leaving early for a 1/2 day stay. (When will our hospitality industry free itself of the 4pm-to-11 am model?)

Everything except one thing, all the chairs are very low to the ground. When an individual is of exceptional size, taller chairs are more comfortable.

What I didn’t like about Booking.com I paid more through your service than if I reserved through Marriott. Also, I don’t get any Bonvoy credit which is a major issue. I might stop using Booking if Marriott is going to be cheaper through their reservation system. Also, Matt and Mat, from security were very professional and super friendly. They took me and my belongings to the Southwest ticketing area on Level 6 of the Jeppesen Terminal at DIA. They were awesome. Thank you again

Location, location, location. Coming in from overseas, we knew we could not make our connecting flight home, so made reservations at the Westin instead of one of many motels down Tower Road. Instead of having to load and unload onto a shuttle, we walked to the Westin. The facilities were high end and the personnel were friendly and professional. Yes it cost more than the strip motels but it was worth it!

Should have made the move to the Westin sooner rather than spending multiple stays at the Tower Road strip motels.

Great location relative to the airport, all within walking distance. Hotel is very new and modern and all amenities were aesthetically pleasing. I've stayed at several hotel airports (Munich, Orlando, Houston...) and this is one of the top ones I'd say.

When we arrived to check in there was a rather long line. The lobby wasn't really designed for long queues so it wrapped around...until people figured out that "hey, if there are 5 of us in the party only ONE of us needs to stand in line..." once people figured that out and sat down the line quickly "shortened" lol

everything was fabulous except the food was not. wasted so much money on bad food. should have went to the sports bar from the start. the breakfast was good but all else epic failure. horrible salmon couldn't eat more than one bite. just so salty and no good flavor. soup was terrible and again so salty with no other flavor. stayed for 3 days so had plenty of meals until we discovered sports bar. hope this helps. need a new chef especially for the prices of the food.

Location was very convenient especially after a late night arriving flight. The room was great. Friendly staff. I liked the complimentary water in the room for coffee, etc. Nice touch as most hotels charge for that.

I stayed at the hotel twice; once on 5/29 and another on 6/9. On the 6/9 stay, the room next to me or around me somewhere was being worked on so I could hear pounding and construction noises in the morning before check out, but I know things have to be repaired and worked on. It wasn't bad, but was noticeable. Solved by turning up the TV volume a bit

Service was exceptional and the room was quiet and clean. Location is connected directly to the Denver Airport so for an early morning flight I highly recommend this convenience (even if expensive.). The bar area in the lobby was open and inviting and the restaurants looked nice too.

Nothing in particular. The refrigerator is in one of the closets so we did have to look for it - but not an issue, just letting people know.

Pretty handy place after a long flight, staff at desk were friendly, huge room and bathroom, great water pressure, good WiFi, view out the MASSIVE window was fabulous.

Probably a bit pricey £364 for one night, couldn’t get into the pool area, reported it to front desk. Also had to enquire about an additional charge of £38 added on to the cost paid. I suspect it was for WiFi but as a Marriott member it should have been free… awaiting their response

Love the convenience of being able to walk right out of the airport and into the Westin. The staff were amazingly accommodating. I broke my leg prior to my arrival, and they had staff on hand and a wheelchair to wheel me to my room when I checked in, and to come back to my room to pick me up and take me back to the airport the next morning. The bed was incedibly comfortable. The bathroom spacious, and the towels plentiful. The room was well-insulated. Although I had a good view of the tarmac and runways from my bed, I couldn't hear any noise from the airport at all.

The price was quite steep. I paid just a little under $500 for a one night's stay), but since I had a broken leg and was in the middle of two long days of flying, I decided it was worth paying a lot for the convenience and ease of staying so close to the airport.
