This is our second stay at Cocoa Beach Hotel. We booked again to stay for a few days before our cruise and this time we booked 2 rooms as we were a party of 10. The rooms are spacious with balconies, coffee machines, and very comfy beds. There is also a great selection for breakfast and overall the hotel is great value for money. We loved the pools and spent a lot of time swimming, and the beach is just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. Especially as a pre or post-cruise stopover.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. We all had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing staff!! We had a one night stay in Best Western Cocoa Beach before our cruise. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. My friend accidentally left her AirPods on the bed when we checked out. She discovered this shortly after and when we returned the staff and management went above and beyond to help her locate them. They searched the room, the laundry and they were eventually found amongst bedding in the washing machine! Can’t praise the staff enough! Thank you all!

A nice hotel right at the beach. Hotel has several buildings, we stayed in the closest to the beach with a great view from balcony. The room was large, two beds, enough room for 4 adults. The beach is wonderful. Restaurants and large retail shops are close. The building was in a good shape, clean, but is an older building. Free parking is available in front of hotel.

The breakfast was included but was below average, very basic. Compared to other hotels, this is not good. It was served in another building, but all guests went here, the space is small, not enough for so many people. The selection is small, and you had to wait in a huge line, cca 30 people, waiting for 30-45 min. Unacceptable, especially considering the low quality of food.

I loved the room with the balcony ocean view. Couldn't ask for a better location.

When I arrived I didn't realize I had to walk two blocks with my suitcase to my building. Luckily it stopped raining because the ride from the airport was during a downpour. It would be helpful if the hotel acquired a golf cart type vehicle to transport guests to their buildings. Not everyone is able to make that walk.

We had an ocean front room that had a beautiful view of the beach and pier. We loved the location and convenience of having so many restaurants within walking distance and it was close to the cruise port. The front desk receptionist was so friendly during check in. She got me in the room early and even called to make sure I found my room okay. The bar and pool were fantastic. We elided chatting with the bartender. She was very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The room had some wear and tear and the breakfast was in a different building but overall we really loved this place.

We stayed in the tower that overlooked partial ocean and pier. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We weren't happy with the water pressure and the water could have been hotter. We were only there for three nights. If longer probably would have complained. They have about 5 buildings in about one block area. We had to walk to a different area for pools and for breakfast. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to be informed. Most rooms are two stories except for the tower. It was a little pricey compared to other similar properties we've stayed in. Overall a good location and would come back.

It was an older building but very clean and well maintained. The included Breakfast was a great variety of items. Our room faced the ocean with a balcony and we loved watching the cruise ships leaving and entering the port. The sunrises were beautiful. On the beach was a chair & umbrella rental for $30 daily, all set up for you. . Highly recommend needed shade in the Florida sun. The beach was wide and the water was so pleasant. Wide variety of activities nearby and a Publix grocery store across the street.

The BW at this location was a grouping of several buildings. The breakfast is held in only one bldg., so based on your room location you might have either to walk a couple of blocks or drive. As we are elderly, we drove each morning, but again it was worth the short drive. The only other comment is our mattress was not very comfortable as it was rather firm, personally I need a pillow top😃.

This is a vintage east coast Florida hotel/ family resort. The low rise buildings appear to date to when the original astronauts roamed Cocoa beach in their Corvettes. The taller new buildings appear to be 30 years old. The low rise rooms are basic boxes. The decor is mid century retro. The suites in the taller buildings are larger, many seem to have a beach or an ocean views. There are two pools, the older one is quite large. It was very hot when we visited and the A/C was very very good. A nice Atlantic beach is a three to four minute walk from your room. There is a wonderful breakfast room with a staff who wants to make sure you start your day off with a good meal.

At first glance the mid-60's vibe might not excite you. But after a while it does seem to grow on you. It's a simple look, maybe a bit dated but authentic. A Mid 1960's Florida beach stop.

Location was ok. After 5 days stay it would have been good if items changed a little more.. but for a 2 day stay it would be fine. Cockroach ran out from under cereal container when I turned crank to get cereal, but it didn't stop me from eating lol.

Give a notice to people to not pour or throw things off their balcany. We stayed on 4th floor first time and every morning the guy above us poured out his cooler and it sloshed into our balcany soaking us. We yelled for him to stop but he rvery day opened it up to drain out. Not your fault. Extra sink drained very slow in both rooms we had

As soon as we arrived the parking lot was clean. The lobby was fresh, clean and cool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable; we appreciated the extra towels! They recommended a good restaurant for dinner and they were correct, it was great! The pool area and proximity to the beach amazing! Breakfast was good, we were pleased and decided that morning we were coming back for a longer stay. It was relaxing, positive atmosphere and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

The eggs- powdered eggs are very not the best and the staff has no control over that. For the headcount they have to serve every morning I understand. Everything else was wonderful and they accommodated all of us beautifully.
