Very close to Port! It was exceptionally clean too.

No shuttles to the cruise terminals, and our view was mostly obscured by a wall/building.

I saw this hotel while leaving the lot across the street from a Carnival cruise last year. It was closer to the pier than another hotel we stayed at in Orlando, which was not comfortable as Holiday Inn Express, no breakfast and the pool was closed. I read all the reviews and liked what I saw and read. It was a wonderful experience and so happy I chose it. Only a few minutes ride down the road to our next cruise departure on Royal Caribbean. I recommended this location to others traveling with my family probably at least 20 other cruisers -- friends -- going on the same cruise January 31. I speak for everyone who took my advice staying at this location -- they loved it also! The breakfast was great; my particular family had the adjoining rooms we requested -- thank you so much. All the kids traveling with us, and their parents loved the pool. It was their favorite place to be. A surprise was finding out that just across the parking lot was entertainment as well as a place to get snacks and a meal that evening. Cruising again next year -- will definitely be staying with you guys again!!!

The lady other at the front desk was disgustingly disrespectful and rude. had an attitude about us asking if we can leave our suitcases in the back with everyone else’s….Our flight landed there at 7 am, check in wasn’t until 4 pm which was understandable that we had to wait but she proceeded to check in everyone else’s in at 1pm when we have been waiting 7hrs. when I went to ask about if our room was ready she continues to be disrespectful with her contradicting tone. She Was very selective on who she wanted to be nice too. This lady ruined the whole vibe of our trip before we even got on our cruise. Absolutely disgraceful.

I booked this at the last minute as I was attending an event in the in the area. As I was only going to be there by myself for the night and also for less than 12-hours I decided to go for one of the cheaper options in the area. I was surprised at the size of the room, how clean it was and the overall appearance of the hotel. I was super pleased and a bit surprised with the hotel, the staff, and the property. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stay.

Breakfast was decent but the eggs were terrible. Looked like they use the eggs in a tube that I used to get in the military.

Quite close to the departure terminal to cruise ship by taxi or shuttle which one could book easily.

We were at breakfast. An older gentleman staff approached our table to clear crumbs. We weren't done eating. No " hi", no "goodmorning " and no smile. We said thank you but no response. It was unnecessary to clear our table; we were still eating! It wasn't messy- 1 adult and 1 teenager. It felt intrusive and unnecessary. We had only been there about 20mins so I hope it wasn't a tactic to get us out. There were other free spaces too. Otherwise a confortabke stay!

Loved everything about it! Right across the street from Carnival Cruise, perfect for flying in, get a Uber to the hotel, the next morning walk across the street and you’re there.

Clean property, good breakfast with decent options, proximity to cruise port was close, nice pool for the kids, but above all, Tim, the maintenance technician was the best part of our experience. He took the time to tell us about a shuttle launch happening that night, which my 8 year old son was excited to see, so we stayed up to watch. We befriended Tim and talked for a long time. He was extremely kind, well spoken, knowledgeable and took the time with the customers to make our experience one we will never forget. The hotel is located in such a spot that we had a great view of the rocket launch. All in all I highly recommend this hotel, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to meet Tim.

Price was a little high in my opinion, especially for one night.

Room was great, quiet even though the hotel was booked solid. Breakfast was fair, edible, not superb. There is a great bar across the street at a sister property.

When I booked it, it said within walking distance of the cruise terminal but this is false, you cannot walk to any of the cruise terminals even the one across the street because it is a 6 lane highway.
