The place is great for non-demanding travelers, and the best is the location: the motel is located right at the heart of the Hollywood beach with 20 seconds to the boardwalk and the beach. The view from the window is amazing: refer to the photos, they are accurate. Also, they offer on-site parking (free), which is another important thing to consider: parking in this area is a truly pain. They offer reserved parking space, so you don't have to worry about going around. The check-in check-out process is simple: you call them, pick up the key from a locker, and upon departure just drop off the key. Simple. Fast. The room is big and has kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned daily. Overall, the room was clean upon my arrival. I think while considering this place you need to think about the value it offers: location, price, beautiful view, parking, convenience. In my opinion, the value is great, but still, this is a motel-style place, so keep that in mind. But the place is simply beautiful! The communication with the hotel was also outstanding - you can reach them out if you need something.

The property and the room condition can seem not that impressive for some demanding people. The place, the furniture and utilities are outdated (but the staff definitely tries their best to clean all). Comparing to the 600$ per night hotels you will find this place, hm, "motel". So, please, refer to the photos of the property - they are pretty accurate. Plus, the kitchen can seem a little bit greasy - people did cook there (I didn't). Lastly, the widows with the beautiful view to the ocean are pointing to the terrace (you are located on the 2nd floor), so there will be people passing by and (possibly) staring at you. Another point of consideration - you may want to keep the windows blinded and thus sacrifice the view.

Hotel was very clean and location was perfect

The A/C unit in my opinion was too small to cool the entire unit. The front portion of the unit that included the bed was cool but when you move to back of the unit where the kitchen and bathroom is was very warm.

The hotel is located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, facing the sea. There are restaurants on both sides, all within walking distance. The location is excellent. I didn't drive a single day during my stay. I was so happy. The Wi-Fi was beneficial. During my stay, I worked as usual without any delay. The staff was very responsible and always kept the place clean. I was delighted. Free parking was very convenient. Although the hotel was under construction, it didn't interfere with our stay. Everything was so good.

It was right on boardwalk and the beach! The room was spacious, so 4 of us felt comfortable. The kitchenette was great to cook a lot of our meals. The balcony was nice to read a book, watch the beach, and eat meals. The manager was very responsive to requests.

It is a very noisy part of the beach, and surrounding businesses play loud music late into the night. I wore earplugs to sleep. Also, had to get 50 lb bags up and down stairs to 2nd floor.

Everything was extremely clean, staff very friendly and accommodating, the view and proximity to the ocean was amazing My husband misplaced his watch and we went back to check but were not able to locate, the staff look a second time too with no luck after a month I received a call from them that a guest located the watch and that they will ship it to me. This is unheard of and I am grateful for the staff that reached out to me. We will definitely stay again at this location

Location, location, location! Free carpark is a bonus in this location. Clean and comfy room with kitchen. Staff/ owners friendly and very helpful. Checkin times flexible. Washing machine and tumble dryer available on site. Comfy beds. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Seats and sun-beds outside the room. Free beach towels available. Very effective aircon.

Room outdated, a bit dark, def needs refreshing. Shower temperature control a bit challenging. Terrace was not fully available due to the repairs. Aircon on the noisy said.

Location is great

They lack of supplies. Front desk not friendly. Too many rules but they don’t provide the support to comply with their rules!! For example the towels policy, although not kitchen towels are available. Cleaning area, although not a sweeper available. The furniture is old and scratched, the sofa is smelly and lost the original appearance. So they charge you extra if the towels get stained or dirty with food. I kept everything clean and avoid any damage. Although we are two adults. If you travel with kids bring your own supplies to avoid extra charges!! Parking is very limited and at moments you have to fight for your assigned spot! The location is perfect 🤩

We liked the location and the view, and the fact that we had an assigned parking spot.

An elevator would be nice. Someone hit our car and left, hit and run. We found a few roaches, luckily they were all dead except one…he’s dead now too. ;) The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Very relaxed environment, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. If you want to be close enough to the night life but not right next door to mamacitas, this is for you. Surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Capones Chicago Pizza is a short walk away. Clean facilities, clean bathrooms and room, and can get towels changed out. Working AC and refrigerator

Unfortunately, the balcony is under some construction but overall didn’t take away from the experience

Relaxed and clean

Checkin was confusing. I should have been sent a box number and code but did not receive anything. Fortunately they responded to phone call and gave me that info. Signage could have been better. Could find the office and boxes. Couldn’t tell if i was even in the right place. Once I got in, all was great!
