The whole experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic in making sure the stay was great for us. I recommend this hotel if you're on south beach Miami and looking to be treated right. They will look after you, from valet staff, receptionists (a lady named Asia got us checked in, she was amazing), concierge and literally everyone in the hotel. The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, our room wasn't as big as I expected but it had a balcony which overlooked the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had everything needed.

The price is a bit high, however the service you get makes it worth it as many of the hotels on the beach are priced similarly. We had a bad experience at the 1 hotel so booked the Ritz-Carlton instead and it was the best decision.

Room is big, enough space to move around Bathroom was just like home big as well. but shover could a bit more large. Elevator are mostly dark ( the lights ) / maybe its a part of deco, but l like it There is always someone at the reception, in the middle of the night l need some docs to print out, they were helpful. Concierge available, if you have a late flight you can use it, then you can enjoy at the beach Security : l bought some items online and security was always helpful to bring it up to our rooms There is a pool, you can enjoy it, but we always go to beach, there is access from hotel poolside. and towels are ready at the beach for your comfort. During our staying, the sea was so good, almost no waves. but salty, but sea water is always healthy. It is at the shopping district area. Breakfast : there is a restaurant at the Ritz called ZEYTINYA, for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast has a choice of open buffet or ala carte menu. well breakfast was fair enough. but its needs to be improved. Zeytinya is mediterranean restaurant, but just the name : why as l m from Turkey, origin of the name come from olive's, zeytinya in a way means olives land or world. You can't think of Mediterranean breakfast without olives / zeytin, open buffet should have black and green olives. Muffins are so delicious. Need more different types of cheese. but this is my opinion.

Neighbor guests yelling and arguing in the hall and adjacent room at 1 to 2 AM. Ants on the patio wonderful way to treat oneself in an elegant hotel.

The workout facilities could use a refresh. Additionally there were rowdy people in the pool playing football soo aggressively that the ball was hitting other people in the face that happened to be in the pool. The staff should have stepped in immediately. This is the Ritz. Not a holiday Inn.

My stay at The Ritz was near perfect. The service and staff from the reception to the restaurants (shoutout to Gobi!) to the beach staff and cleaning crews went above and beyond for us. I required some accommodations due to health issues and they were able to make me as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you to everyone who took care of us. The hotel itself is small and very easy to get around, it’s super clean and overall beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Location was great. Staff were courteous and professional. Service was impeccable. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.

I initially booked a room with a balcony and upon arrival I was offered an upgrade which I paid additional for but my room then did not have a balcony. Although I had more space in the room, I would have liked to have a balcony to better enjoy the view from my room.

Location is great. Comfortable beds. Beautiful modern, clean room.

Really the only thing was I found the porters were a little too much. I was trying to pay for my taxi and I already had guys at me for my bags and a tip to store my bags whilst I was still in the car. It was all just very overwhelming.

Excellent ocean view, pool and direct access to the beach

The front desk staff is not as friendly as I used to interact Marriott. I am a golf member and requested a late check/in. However the room key was deactivated as I was told that I needed to check during the date of checkout. I stayed at Marriott properties around the world and this was the 1st time I needed to check again during the checkout date. Very disappointing.

The buffet breakfast was very nice. the location of the hotel is very central. the use of sun loungers on the beach is very pleasant. if we come to miami again, the hotel we will stay at will definitely be the ritz again because we had a comfortable holiday.

Service throughout the hotel, pool, beach, parking etc was exceptional. Staff was always eager to assist and please. Beachfront in SoBe with staff on beach as well. Bar staff remembered my name; impressive. Hotel moved us up 8 floors when I requested a better oceanfront room. Awesome.

The size of the room was good. Bathrooms starting to get a little worn, but still good.
