The property was clean. Close to all things in coral gables and even south Miami.

They need to pay a bit more attention to the number of people in the room so we can get the appropriate amount of towels. Stocking of paper towel and shampoo/conditioner had to be requested. The valet parking prices is insane for a night.

Great location for U of Miami visit. Hotel grounds was very clean, safe and peaceful. All staffs including restaurant, check in, bartender, cleaning, and doorbell staff were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room faced the Mahi Waterway, and was spacious, clean and quiet. AC was high up and didn't make much noise which was nice if you're a light sleeper. Can hear the Metrorail but it wasn't disruptive. We didn't request for a fridge or microwave but it's available if needed. The bed was comfy and the curtain was a black out type which we appreciated. The other guests were also friendly and considerate and we could only occasionally hear the kids walk by in the hallway. We had a room far from the elevator. The hotel fee was $27/day but we enjoyed the $20/day food credit and 2 bottles of water, plus the pool/patio were so pleasant that we didn't think the fee was unreasonable. The gym is also very new, clean and not busy. We stayed for a week and this place exceeded our expectation. Highly recommend if you enjoy comfort and need to be near the university. It is 20 min away from downtown Miami and the airport. We used Lyft service and the hotel pickup was a great location. Never waited longer than 5 min for a ride. Thank you THesis staff!

If you don't have a car, and walked everywhere as we did, food options nearby(10 min walk) were limited: Starbucks, McD's, Denny's, and 3 Asian restaurants which were all nice, but otherwise not fancy like downtown Miami. However, we enjoyed the restaurants at the Hotel and happy hour pricing was worthwhile.

I came here as a result of evacuation from the hurricane Milton.I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and supportive. we felt very comfortable. It's a pet friendly hotel which made this hotel even more special. It was incredible to see around so many people with dogs. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The best espresso machine I have ever seen in a hotel!!! Breakfast buffet was great and vary. The bartender Toby was exceptional. I will use this hotel again.

Location, cleaness

The only 2 things I did not like was that the cleaning room service came almost at 3pm. I left early in the morning and when I came back around 1pm my room was not cleaned. The other thing was that at the pool I wanted a big umbrella to be open for me to sit under it and there was no staff to do so. I had to wait till they open at 3pm for the staff of the bar to do it. I probably waited 45 minutes for that. I seems no one else can open an umbrella 😏

We loved the location and the facilities at the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The room was very nice as well.

Upon check-in we were charged a 400 USD security deposit that is not listed on Booking.com nor on the confirmation e-mail. I informed the front desk and showed them accordingly, but they still charged that amount. Some of the staff from the restaurants were not very friendly. The $25 food and beverage credit that you are given is not $25 USD but $20, it can not be used towards any of the snacks sold by the reception you can only use it at the restaurants so if you get to the hotel and they are closed you lose it.

Lovely brand new property! Staff was attentive and super friendly at checkin and throughout the stay, both restaurants were excellent and had delicious food and drink options, the pool deck was scenic and relaxing, there were several nice spots to lounge indoors and out, and it was very close to some excellent cafes.

Really no complaints. I ended up at THesis because I had to evacuate my mom and two maltipoos from an incoming hurricane, and after the wonderful time we had we now want to make it an annual trip. Definitely recommend! :)

I liked the location, the price point, the room layout, the sense of security and definitely the beds were absolutely wonderful. The staff I encountered from the front desk, concierge,valet and dining area made the stay great. Their attentiveness was excellent

They didn't have a microwave Plus the shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers were not working. The hallways + the waiting area in front of the elevators were hot as if the A/Cs were not working

The location was great. The lobby smelled great and it was nicely decorated. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice & clean.

The coffee maker was covered in dust. It's like, whoever cleaned the room forgot to wipe down the coffee maker. Because of the dust, on top and inside the coffee maker, I requested a tea kettle, per what the info card said I could do. I couldn't get a tea kettle though.
