The staff , both on the desk and housekeeping are great. The rooms have been updated and are very clean. The morning breakfast was especially nice. The food selection was wide ranging it included an egg dish, meats, greek yogurt. The location is about 2 1/2 miles from the airport , there is a free 24 hour hotel shuttle. The Fairfield is located in a hotel/office park, the area is walkable. There are stores and restaurants with in a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a very nicely maintained pool.

The building appears to be about 20 to 30 years old. While the rooms and hallways have been upgraded some of the public spaces including the exterior could use some TLC. Maybe a powerwashing and some fresh paint. The 24 hour hotel shuttle is great, but one of our party arrived after midnight on a much delayed flight could not get the hotel to answer his phone call. A big frustration the management might want to look into.

Absolutely superb hotel, located a couple of minutes from the airport, upon arrival from Gatwick I gave the hotel a quick call and was met outside by the complementary shuttle and a lovely welcoming driver, hotel front of house are so lovely, they really go above and beyond for you, complementary breakfast is plentiful, bacon eggs omelette waffles toast bagels yogurt cereals ect, tea & coffee are also free the entire stay, my room had 2 queen sized beds,mini fridge with microwave very clean throughout .. loved the pool area and its open till 11pm so got into that as soon as i checked in at 9pm, it was very clean, couple of minutes walk to mini market, food outlets, usb charging sockets by the bed so very convenient. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was very comfortable and spacious.

The day before our departure, we signed up for the 5:30 am shuttle in the afternoon. We were the first one to sign up. The morning of, we were the first one down; when the shuttle arrived, we were informed we were not on the list!!! We had a 7 am flight!! Thank God the shuttle from next door came to our rescue. The shuttle driver was very rude and uncaring. The lady at the desk was clueless. Two large familes were on the list and the two of us got put on another list and put somewhere else. This needs to be looked into.

Breakfast was hearty daily. Staff was amazing and very kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner mounted in shower.

1. The tub had slanted edges around the bottom to a point it was a challenge with footing to ensure stability. 2. While there was a handrail low for bathers, it would have been nice to have one higher when stepping out of the shower. 3. The complimentary shower gel, shampoo/conditioner should be mounted to the shower back wall not the side wall as we kept bumping into it while showering. 4. The luggage rack was falling apart. Very wobbly, not sturdy at all to be used. 5. Would be nice to have brighter lighting above the sink.

There was an airport shuttle option that allowed us to arrive very late and still get picked up. Other hotels stop their service after a certain time and you have to get a taxi. The breakfast was awesome! So many choices and good quality. Real eggs! None of that eggs from a box stuff. And a lot of variety. We noticed that airline crews were using the hotel. They would probably expect better quality and we noticed that this hotel had that good quality.

Nothing significant. The carpet in the hall leading to the rooms was a little thicker than usual and our suitcases didn't roll as easily. Not a big deal.

A huge queen room, spa and pool open till late. Coffee/tea station around the clock. Free shuttle to the airport. Many restaurants are located around. Our flight was cancelled so staff at the reception helped us a lot by calling and holding a line to the flight company, quickly organized another room for overnight stay etc. They were always positive, helpful and friendly and super efficient.

Breakfast could be better with a bigger variety of food. Beer/Wine should be also sold in a small shop next to reception. Freezing AC especially next to reception and in corridors.

It is close to the airport, very friendly helpful staff. Booking in was easy. Our flight had been delayed by 2.5hrs and we had been up 22hrs so was ready for a comfy bed, which was exactly what we got. Breakfast was provided as a self serve buffet, and had reasonable choice.

It would be good if there was hot water to make a drink with other than just a coffee maker. Some places we've stayed had hot drink facilities at reception. I only noticed iced water here. We are not coffee drinkers and would have liked a hot drink in our room.. They did give us bottled water, which we appreciated

I like the location, it's 8 to 10 minutes away from MCO airport which is really conveniente if your plane is really early in the morning and you have to drive there. The room was really spacious, the beds reaaaally comfortable and the staff at front desk was really helpful.

I was told that since i was not going to be there for breakfast time, there will be some snacks available to go right at front desk. so when i was about to go (2am in the morning) we only had coffee and tea available. Maybe this is something to take into consideration since we were charged for breakfast included and i think there should be something available. Specially if you're traveling with teens or kids (i was trbeling with my daughter)

It was lovely and well maintained. I needed a repair man for our TV. Once the front desk staff was aware of their schedule, they reported quickly. Also a thank you to Crystal who made it possible for us to check in early due to my sudden illness. Loved the shuttle and the breakfast.

We had to leave at 4 am and were told breakfast to go bags would be provided but they were not prepared yet. Not horrible, but would have been nice .
