Location is one of the most important features of this hotel, as it's very close to a lot of important attractions. The room was clean, and the room service was excellent. There is a restaurant ( Elephant & Castle) on the ground floor connected to the hotel, where we had our included breakfast meals, and sometimes we had dinner as well. There is also a guest room, exclusive for hotel's customers, located below reception, where anybody could have free coffee or tea at any time.

The building is not new, and the decorations in the room are not very modern, but it is well maintained and comfortable. The only thing that may be a little disturbing is the AC, which makes a considerable noise while working.

Location was only a few minutes walk/jog to Grant Park where marathon start & finish was which was very handy. Also being in the Central Loop train stations with most of the lines were close by too as well as bus stops. Willis Tower (Sky Deck) only minutes walk away. The blue line train from the airport went through a station only minutes walk away so very handy to get to Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, TV had lots of channels. Also had a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. There was climate control but the room was at a good temperature so I didn't need to adjust it. Shower was good and had hot water whenever I used it, had a step and curtain so the water stayed where it should.

Wasn't very far from the lifts and could hear the pinging and noise from the lift. By default they didn't clean room until 4th day, think I could have asked for it to be done every day if needed but felt for the price the room had cost the default should have been more often if not every day Breakfast wasn't included, was served in the bar/restaurant with ajoining door

Everything was magnificent, the staff. the room. the restaurant. We felt at home but also cared for. The water, coffee and tea. business center. and restaurant were a treat. The suite provided all the creature comforts of home. We really never wanted to leave and extended our stay multiple times.

+ great location in Central Loop, close to main museums and Points of interest, close to metro station (including the Blue line from/to the airport). + based on my very few interactions, crew at fromnt desk was friendly and helpful. + Room is accurate to pictures, with a desk, large TV and coffee machine, a comfortable armchair and bed, multiple power outlets everywhere. Overall very clean and nothing major to mention. Free WiFi is provided through a public unsecured network, with overall speed of 10mbits. + Bathroom is clean and very functional, with large shower. + Clear water dispenser in the corridor. + Only two elevators are available for guests floor, but the wait was never longer than a few seconds at any time of the day/night (my room was located at 8th floor).

- Some could say the overall decoration may be a little old and the bathroom could be renewed, but that would only be for cosmetic purpose as it was perfectly functional. - A small fridge would have been useful. - The view from the room was on the back of a massive building, with an emergency staircase and massive AC unit, that made daylight hard to come through. Not a major issue as time is mostly spent outside.

Great Central Loop location for every subway link to both airports or to Little Mexico or to Wrigley Field and also a comfortable walk to Buddy Guys Legends Blues Bar. Likewise no end of great places to eat and drink easily reached plus Chicago River boat trips. Room is compact but adequate at a very competitive price to most other Loop hotels. Great shower and very comfy bed, plus huge cable TV and good wifi. Free water bottle refills and coffee in Club Lounge areas. Very quick iPad based checkin/out w friendly staff to take you through it. Free luggage stored on departure day if you have a later flight / train. Also interconnects w next door British pub serving great breakfasts and late night cocktails and showing live sports especially English Premier League soccer!!

Nothing - all good!

The view from my room was the best part of my stay! I went there for Lollapalooza, so I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel. I already knew what to expect before getting there, but surprisingly, I got the 10th-floor room with an absolutely gorgeous View! Obviously, the room rate wasn't that cheap due to all that Lolla rush, but it was worth every penny. The location was excellent; it was very close to Foodcourt, Restaurants, Grant Park, The Bean, shopping, buses, trains, you name it. Next time I book, I will definitely look for their hotels to stay.

Loved this hotel!! Such amazing value for a wonderfully central hotel, ten minutes walk from the Art Institute (though I did not find the hotel noisy at all, it was very quiet). The room size was also much bigger than I thought it would be. I paid about £90 per night for early March. The staff gave me a nice welcome each time and kept my bag after I checked out. Has nice toiletries and a hairdryer, as well as a tv that you can easily cast to from your phone if you wanted an early night, like I did. The hotel is attached to a pub, which was quite nice as a Brit! They had good beer and the food was filling. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine which is really easy to use, and if you need more pods just phone reception. I would recommend this hotel 100% and would definitely stay here if I came back to Chicago. I don't understand at all why it was so cheap given all of its many qualities when I stayed.

Absolutely nothing

Our stay at Club Quarters in Chicago was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Danny, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The accommodation itself was superb. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful amenities. It was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Club Quarters to anyone visiting Chicago. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Hotel in brilliant location with Metro/subway nearby. Easy to find . Hotel quite basic but you get what expected for the money. Room was reasonable even though all very dated but working with super fats 250mbt internet and comfortable bed .

Check-in was disaster where I have done trough app with using your phone as key but when got there nothing worked and apparently system not even set up yet ha ha . Wasted my time and had to check in again at the desk. In the room there is like micro kitchen with nothing there apart fridge , sink and microwave. Not even one cup or spoon and only single use cup .What's the point even to have sink there ! On Sunday morning got waken up by staff for room cleaning..Madness. good that door was locked from inside .

The room was extremely spacious, loved the little kitchenette area. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist areas. Walked to most places

My stay was almost a week and the room was only cleaned once. This doesn’t bother me greatly but I had to ask three times one day just for toilet paper ( because we didn’t have any the whole day ). That was a bit inconvenient
