Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Staff was excellent and friendly at all times of the day.
The number of people who were just loitering in the breakfast area caused a delay in finding a seat for my family. They should have been asked to relocate into the lobby or elsewhere.

The location was great, right across from the union station, within walking distance of the city museum. Parking was about half what it would’ve been at the arch drury. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast and dinner (“snack”) foods would run out and the staff worked fast to restock them, they were always cleaning the area and restocking the foods and condiments. Very friendly and helpful.
The first night we got our swimsuits on and tried to go down to the pool it was closed. We were told it was too murky and a safety issue because they couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.. they had put chemicals in it to clean it up and it ended up being closed the rest of the night. The back elevator that lead to the pool was the slowest elevator ever. We were offered the opportunity to go to a nearby hotel that said while the drury pool was closed we could go there to swim, but we didn’t take them up on the offer.

We were shocked that the happy hour was more like a full dinner buffet. We knew in advance that breakfast was included, but we've never seen dinner included anywhere. What a nice surprise and it was well done too. We appreciated the historic lobby and we found every staff person to be kind and hard-working. The place was clean, including the pool area. Also the location can't be beat for those visiting Union Station attractions or going to a CITY game.
The room had a musty smell and I'm sure it must have been due to mold. I had a hard time breathing while sleeping and I sneezed for like 24 hours after our checkout. You must check those air filters or replace the carpet or something. The room was 334.

Very comfortable bed. Efficient A/C. Shower had very good pressure and temperature. The free (included) drinks and food in the evening (5:30pm - 7:00pm) was a nice added bonus. Unsurprisingly I suppose, it was very busy at the start although cleared out later. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The attached parking garage is very convenient although it would have been helpful if it had been made clear on the hotel information that check-in was required before using the garage as a room key is required for access. The $20/night parking fee seemed reasonable given what other hotels in St Louis were charging but that's probably comes from the fact that this hotel is a little further from the riverfront and arch. The Union Station complex across the road from the hotel has a handful of restaurants which is helpful. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the Gateway Arch and the route seemed safe to me.
Breakfast was adequate but uninspiring.

Everything was great to the room, breakfast, and small dinner with 3 free alcohol drinks from 5:30 to 7 was a plus but only could do it Friday night bc Backlash was Saturday night within a ten min walk from hotel. Also the Train Depot has different pricing for all the stuff to do across from hotel. We got the unlimited band for Ferris wheel, putt putt gold, and carousel, I think was $27 which was a good price for unlimited! There were a few eating places inside there, but best place was the ice cream shop very good ice cream.
Actually if I had to ping anything is I wished the pool and jacuzzi area was open past 10pm bc we didn’t have time after the wrestling event to go swimming. Then the fridge wasn’t cool enough but did the job.

The staff members with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. They offered both a free breakfast as well as some food during the dinner hours, which would be helpful for anyone traveling on a budget or with limited time. The room itself was also quite nice, well made up and clean.
The only thing that was somewhat tricky was finding the entrance to the parking garage; it is easy to miss even when driving past somewhat slowly. The parking facility itself was fine enough and it was on site, but a more clearly visible sign at the entrance would be helpful.

It’s a beautiful building. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and happy hour. Parking garage was easy to get in and out of. Also extremely convenient to many different activities nearby!
Truly the only downside was the single elevator to our area of the building. It became much easier to walk the stairs due to how long the elevator would take. I suspect it’s limited because it’s a historic building and they kept a lot of that intact. So it’s understandable but was really the only inconvenience.

Everything exceeded my expectations of this facility. The food was great! From my experience with most hotel breakfast the biscuits are always hard, the biscuits at Drury Inn were soft and fluffy. I was surprised with the evening "snacks". We were able to eat dinner at the hotel and it was good.
The only issue we had was Saturday night, there was no parking in the garage. I know there were a lot of events that evening and there were a lot more people at the hotel Saturday vs Friday night. Overall everything was great and this was not a huge issue.

Staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. Breakfast and nightly foods were great. The free adult beverages were amazing as well! The pool was excellent! All around great. We will be back. They have amazing staff.
Unfortunately my daughter fell and hit her head at the pool which sent us to the er. BUT Sarah helped us handle everything properly. She even called me after check out to guide me through it. Thank you all!! Turned a negative situation into a positive one! We will be back!

It was a great location for the show we came into town for at the keil center(or whatever it's called now). Room was clean, it was quiet (for being downtown), the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was really good also.
The price was a bit more than expected for a typical / generic hotel room, it's 20 dollars to park in the garage behind the hotel. Yes, it's secure. I feel with the cost of the hotel it should be included. I understand location makes a huge difference, I could have just stayed elsewhere for 1/3 the price and spent my money on an experience rather than a room I'm just sleeping in. The lamp outlet between the beds didn't work and the desk lamp was completely inoperable. It was a good hotel and would recommend it if paying nearly 300 a night for a bed is your thing.
