The suite was spacious and the manager and staff went over and above to accommodate a couple of requests I had. The fitness center was a nice size and all of the equipment was brand new and good selection of equipment.

I liked the property and the suite, however my room was dated and the furniture and shelves under sink was worn out with scratches and marks on them. It needed to be updated.

The facility was kept really clean. I liked the modern style. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a dance event going on that weekend. It was very busy and the elevator wait times were very long. It’s not the most dog friendly place l. You have to go 7 floors down to go outside and they don’t have a dog specific area.

Such a good spot if you want to be close to O’Hare but don’t want to deal with all the crazy there’s a huge long hiking trail in between buildings that’s very safe and fun if you want to be able to walk around in peace by nature, but also be right by your hotel and then drive a non-interstate road to O’Hare. This is the place for you plus the hotel awesome and has a great view

The room is nice and quiet, with an open view through the large window. The renovated bathroom adds a warm and clean feel, adding up its value.

Table in my room is old and a little wobbling.

The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely helpful and cordial. We arrived on a flight from out of town well before the usual check in time but were given our room just the same. This allowed us some time to decompress after our flight before we had to get ready for the special event we came to attend

Nothing, it was perfect.

The room is clean and well maintained. The bedding is great for sleep.

1. Few Receptionist seems not well trained. 2. Smoking area is in front of the main entrance, but the seats are not well maintained, which spoils the environment.

Very comfortable husband love the workout clothes food I ordered to room was delicious.

Fridge was not working but they sent someone up to replace it.

Beautiful open concept

I wasn’t told about the hot water needing 15min to get to my tap in the morning. I also didn’t like how we couldn’t use the shuttle from and to the airport because it wasn’t running.

Did not stay for breakfast, but heard family members say how GREAT it was. My room was terrific and loved the robe provided. Bed was comfortable as were the PILLOWS.

Didn't see much HANDICAPPED Parking close to the entrance.
