The room was clean, and felt very safe. The pool had a lap lane! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk people were great. The new woman working at the bar was great at her job. She was very attentive, and efficient. The woman hosting was awesome as well. Made me feel right at home. The food was great. As a woman traveling alone, these things all made me feel safe. If I had a problem, I knew I could go to any of them for help.

The suite was spacious and the manager and staff went over and above to accommodate a couple of requests I had. The fitness center was a nice size and all of the equipment was brand new and good selection of equipment.

I liked the property and the suite, however my room was dated and the furniture and shelves under sink was worn out with scratches and marks on them. It needed to be updated.

The facility was kept really clean. I liked the modern style. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a dance event going on that weekend. It was very busy and the elevator wait times were very long. It’s not the most dog friendly place l. You have to go 7 floors down to go outside and they don’t have a dog specific area.

The overall look and experience

The fact that housekeeping did not clean out our fridge before our stay it had and old guests food in there. And we were told that they would have a crib up to our room asap and that never came after about 2 calls they said they didnt have any so thats frustrating

I loved how clean our room was, the beds and pillows were great, with different firmness options for pillows. Nice shower!

I was a little nervous about the elevator and getting stuck in it. And then I realized it was glass 😂 It was comical and I got to my floor just fine.

Such a good spot if you want to be close to O’Hare but don’t want to deal with all the crazy there’s a huge long hiking trail in between buildings that’s very safe and fun if you want to be able to walk around in peace by nature, but also be right by your hotel and then drive a non-interstate road to O’Hare. This is the place for you plus the hotel awesome and has a great view

The room is nice and quiet, with an open view through the large window. The renovated bathroom adds a warm and clean feel, adding up its value.

The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely helpful and cordial. We arrived on a flight from out of town well before the usual check in time but were given our room just the same. This allowed us some time to decompress after our flight before we had to get ready for the special event we came to attend
