The breakfast was really good! loved the waffles, and the lady the lady that was there was AMAZING, super friendly and always said good morning with a welcoming smile. I would have liked a better selection of fruits, but the rest was ok! About the stay everything was ok, its in a really great spot and there was not alot of noise. The staff downstairs were SOOO friendly! I loved the atmosphere, they didnt treat us like strangers, but like friends!

Really it was just the breakfast, i wish there were more cut fruits, but that was the only thing!

It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The location is also very good. It's in a safe area near many office buildings and close to the expressway. There is a restaurant next door that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The shower was recently renovated and the configuration was very odd. When I showered, a ton of water leaked out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. This was even with the shower door fully closed. They may need to fix their shower doors. The person at the front desk was not very friendly.

The location was excellent. Close to relative were visiting. Very fair room rate. Desk clerks were helpful and courteous. Our airline arrival came in.later than expected, our rooms were held for us. Breakfast met our needs, eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, bagels, coffee and juices.

We had no great expectations, this hotel provided a safe comfortable place to stay while we spent time away from home.

The location is good and near a lot of shops. Room is clean.

During checking in , a receptionist suddenly disappeared and started to chat with other person. It was late evening and we were with our baby, we wanted to check in as soon as possible to rest. I needed to call the receptionist to give us a key with frustration. It wasn't a good experience and unnecessary negative feeling. The same receptionist had a few days later an issue with another guest. it is a small problem and about one person, but it would be better for hotel if her boss can advise her to take her job a little more responsible.

Very comfortable & clean. The fitness room was also clean. Staff was pleasant & helpful.

Room is a little cramped for a wheelchair so I kept it in the car. That room was a lil small to be a handicapped accessible room. The shower was very slippery, and the curtain too short that the whole bathroom floor was soaked. My husband had to dry the floor before I could get out.

I liked that the property was nonsmoking. There was a good continental breakfast included with the stay that had hot options such as eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles besides cold options. I liked how there was a microwave and refrigerator inside the room.

Even though it appeared to be clean, there were some small details that was overlooked. The guest book on the desk telling about the hotel, map etc was very grimey. The fitted sheet on one bed was ripped. There was some dirt or stains on the sheer curtain over by the window,wall and lampshade. The non skid mat in the shower was bumping and awkward to stand on. The shower door didn’t close properly.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hotel location was close to shopping, nursing homes, and hospitals. The hotel common area was very clean.

The shower door should have a gasket to help seal the door for showers. In order for us to take showers, we had to have a wash cloth wedged in at the top and use the extra bath towel to help stop the water from flooding the floor. Breakfast was OK. One morning, regular eggs were served, but they were cold even tho they were in the tray with steam.

Breakfast needs more options. Breakfast was below par. I ate there one day and went to ihop there after for a hot and complete breakfast. The food was like warm, stale, and tasteless.

The hotel had ample parking and was near to plenty of restaurants. The room was of a decent size and nicely arranged. The shower didn't have a tub and had handrails which is a nice, unexpected amenity.

Some areas were smudged and didn't look like they'd been thoroughly wiped down (nightstand, alarm clock). Both the microwave and alarm clock didn't have the time set which makes me wonder what else was overlooked.

Pleasantly surprised by this property. Right off the highway and easy to get to with restaurant right around the corner. Welcoming lobby, staff was friendly and helpful, from the publicly accessible spaces to my room - everything was clean and tidy, no complaints. I had a nice sized king room, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and nice linens. Plenty of easy to get to plug-ins, large wall mounted TV.
