Everything!! We went there for WWE in Indianapolis Indiana and stayed all the Sleep Inn on 16th Street downtown Indy. It was amazing from the easy check in process to the room. We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and everything was super clean, comfortable, and quiet ❤️ Pool was open as promised and clean and warm. Bed super comfy. Breakfast was hot well made and plenty of choices from toast, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and WAFFLES so good. The location was perfect to Lucas Oil and Gainbridge and all the restaurants and everything. The only complaint would be that I asked for a late check out because we were waiting on our transportation (Taxi-shuttle) and the lady didn't honor it and so we were stuck even tho it was planned well before the trip just so I knew it could happen. But other then that great

The front desk don't write things down so the other shift knows so things that are promised and scheduled don't get honored which is very frustrating

Awesome location and the staff at the desk (serria) was absolutely so nice. My children even walked away with me after getting our room keys and said wow that lady was so nice. Just so friendly there and the breakfast was really good. The room was all in all clean. Comfort level was great. If I travel this way again I would stay there most definitely

Our room had tape on the wall like there was a party before hand. Jets did not work and there where stains on the carpet and one of the couches. Also pool was very cold but also didn’t stop my kids from using it

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close enough to downtown, where we operated our business, so the drive is fairly short and easy.

Really, our only complaint is that we were either told the wrong hours for breakfast or they shut down breakfast early during our first day of the stay. Some of us went to get breakfast shortly after 9 am and the items that were available were very limited and the area was already being cleaned up and things were starting to be put away.

Everything about the facilities and staff was excellent. It was very close to Indy racetrack which was my intended destination so that was convenient. The breakfast was normal fare and good and coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

The parking lot had exterior cameras but was not well lit and I was a lil concerned about the security of my highly loaded car and rooftop cargo carrier as the street the hotel is on is more metropolitan than expected. But no problems

Room was nice and was clean and matched what I reserved Staff was very friendly.

I was told breakfast was 6:00 am I even asked a second time reminding her that it was a Saturday morning, she still said 6:00 am I went down at 6 Saturday morning and guy at desk said nope 6:30 so I was already up and ready so I just left no breakfast

I would give my stay a 10 out of 10. I have nothing to complain about; my stay was amazing. The room and bathroom are huge, so you can move around them without bumping into one another. The bathroom, set toward the back of the room, was also very spacious. The staff was amazing and made sure we had an amazing stay. I will be staying there again in the future.

It was clean, and friendly. Location could be better but it's downtown so it was close to where we needed. We did have noisey neighbors but can't fault the hotel for that . Price was reasonable. The pool was up and running which I was surprised because normally most hotels aren't .

I can't say I didn't like anything .

Clean, comfortable, and incredible value, the staff were all great, and the location was really decent.

The room smelled of old smoke that was sunk into the carpet or walls despite it being a smoke free room. We kept the window open and the air on high to drown it out.

I wish I got his name but the man at the front desk when we checked in was awesome! He was friendly and answered all of our questions. Our son noticed his nails were painted (like his own) and complimented him and he was so sweet responding to our son and made our sons day!

The woman at check out was on the phone and seemed annoyed we were checking out.

Room was clean, too early for breakfast, left at 5:25 am

On reaching the hotel at about 6:20 PM on 1/5/23, we asked the staff person to check us in. She had ear plugs in the ears and was talking on the phone and would not even look at us. My wife told her that you are supposed to take care of the customers first. She just looked at us and said I am not on the phone, but she was. After checking us in she threw the room keys at me, and when I told her is this the way to treat customers, she did not care. Besides providing us good hotel and room, wonder if Booking.com considers staff and their behaviour.
