I liked the area, Getting checked in was easy and fast, The staff was respectful, professional and helpful. The room was great for what we paid. Good area. breakfast was simple and thats okay but definitely fresh and stocked. I would return to this location and stay again. They even let us check in 2 hours early, Which I did put in a special request for it. The time we were there, it was not overly packed and busy so it was nice that they accommodated for us since we had a toddler w/us and we were there on business and wanted to freshen up and relax before we had to go to an appointment in the area.

Nothing to bad or unmanageable, A few cons included, Low shower pressure, The ac didn't blow that great, but thankfully the time we were there it wasn't very hot outside so after keeping the AC on and running for a couple hours our room did cool down and stay comfortable. Although the rooms were fairly clean and decent I feel like our room could use a good deep clean in the near future.

My room was very large about the size of a studio apartment. The location was very convenient. Right next to a McDonald's that stayed open 24hrs for them late night cravings. Walmart and other retailers were within 2-3 miles and there were a handful of other restaurants withing the vicinity. I dont know why the rating is so low I didnt have any of the problems other guests complain about.

The breakfast variety is very minimum but not enough to give a bad rating. My only complaint is that my room didnt have curtains to cover the windows when it was time to sleep. They only had the thin layered curtains amd not the thick one that blicked onlookers from looking into your room. Also the lighting wasnt the best even though they had multiple lamps the room still was illuminated well still not a deal breaker.

This hotel is in a great location, minutes from New Orleans with an exceptional price that won't break the bank when visiting the "The Big Easy." Let's face it, our money could be spent on seeing the sights and enjoying great food, instead of paying for lavish amenities we don't need. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast, however, was not exactly low calorie and a little too "oily". We decided to have breakfast at a great place called the "French Press Cafe" instead, which is minutes away from the hotel, with a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, and coffees. The reception desk staff is welcoming, professional and helpful, every time we visit!

Breakfast menu needs to be less greasy with some more healthy fare, ie. fresh fruit, maybe some omelettes, french toast, sausage links or patties with better draining of breakfast meats during prep. Perhaps offer bagels, cream cheese, toast and jam. Didn't see a lot of variety during our visit.

Staying at this hotel is a great way to visit New Orleans without paying for the expensive hotels that surround the French Quarter. The hotel borders on a quiet neighborhood with fast food and restaurants just minutes away. Kenner has great restaurants for our budget and parking is on the hotel property. We have stayed at this property several times and are never disappointed.

I have attempted to use the fitness room during several visits and unfortunately some of the machines due not function. I would like to see this resolved so that patrons can have the opportunity to work out if they choose.

The complimentary breakfast, the front desk staff, the ladies who prepared the breakfast and maintained the breakfast area, and the cleaning staff.

Airport shuttle van was down (I chose hotel because of that perk). A cab servers offered as an alternative however it was a paid and not complimentary service. Computer was down.

We chose a king suite that had a separate sitting area with a pull-out couch, microwave and refrigerator. This was a great area to use if I or my husband wanted to read or relax, while the other might be napping in between visits to the French Quarter and surrounding sights. The bed was comfortable and it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this hotel because it is in quiet neighborhood near a great selection of restaurants and local businesses. It is also a great way to visit New Orleans and the French Quarter without breaking the bank for hotels and eateries. This is our third time staying at this hotel and we plan to return.

We would have like to have seen a better selection of breakfast options. Scrambled eggs and sausage and cold cereal, bananas and coffee seemed to be the only offering. We decided to visit the French Press Cafe in Kenner where a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, coffee and pastries are served.

The staff and the general manager were all super friendly and nice. General manager/ owner was so generous to my baby son and accommodating. Great hotel.

The didn’t care for the thin sheets/comforter and the pillow quality. We requested more blankets because of how thin it was. They happily gave us more.

The rooms where nice and spacious

The biggest reason I booked was the indoor pool and the pool and hot tub where both broke and not heated. I would of booked closer to the ball fields or town had I known this

I didn't have any complaints about the room,staff, or the location but my main concern was when I booked the hotel stay it didn't inform us that the pool was not open hopefully the company can give us as much information about the hotel as possible on our next stay

Upon booking the company can give more details about the hotel pools because it was closed and that wasn't mention

Never ate breakfast but everything else is extremely great.

Price goes up different weeks. I have been staying here for over 4 month ,
