I liked the location because it is near to shopping malls and restaurants, the room was clean and comfortable, I liked easy check in and check out, and the most important thing for me was the excellent wifisignal.

There is no breakfast or restaurant at the hotel, the room didn't have iron and the cleanliness could improve, specially in the bathroom. There was too much noise during some nights.

I brought my kids so they can swim and they had the time of their life. It was lit 😂 but it was close to everything such as grocery store, dollar tree, a great buffet, and other stores. We loved the location and this red roof and a great price!

The elevators seem old and like it’s bout to give out. No towels in room nor pool towels out.

I liked that there are not carpets because carpets hold a lot of dust. The floor does need passing though because I spilled water and when I wiped it up the towel was brown and dirty. Other than that it is clean.

It's not where near sound proof. I am just happy the ppl next to us was able to control their dog.

Big room.

Did have a bunch of small bugs having to constantly kill. There were guys smoking weed on the stairs and in the walk way to my vehicle which i didn’t feel comfortable with at all.

The man who was working the desk when we checked in and the man who drove the shuttle to the airport were both some of the friendliest, most helpful, and kindest people we have dealt with in quite sometime. The area was great because there were restaurants, liquor stores, bars, and shopping working walking distance.

we booked because the property claimed to have a pool but the pool was empty.

Location is convenient to downtown Baltimore, BWI airport, and is close to highways. It's also close to several strip malls with food - grocery stores, and chain restaurants. There is a gas station right next store. I did not have dogs with me on this trip, but the hotel has a courtyard that looked like it would be great for them. Easy check in and out. The hotel is a little old and showing some age, but the room was clean, the water pressure is insane (good), and the place has friendly staff that wore masks.

The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors on the second night, and lucky for me, they quieted down by ten pm.

The front desk was very helpful,friendly, and efficient. Check-in was easy and quick. Thank you for the hospitality

Everything was fine

I was really surprised how nice the facilities are. It could use some upgrades definitely. But I would stay again. The beds and pillows was so comfortable.
