Location was really good - 10 mins ride from BWI Airport. Shuttle driver & ride was great. All the staff were GREAT! Kept the place as clean as they could. Enough places to eat around there. Far enough off the main road so it was very quiet at night. Slept quite well.

Building is older - looks like it is getting close to the end of its renovation life cycle. But - it was quite clean - just getting worn out.

Location is great. The hotel is one of the most comfortable ones that I stayed in. Staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms have everything needed to make it efficient. I could live there if I could afford it.

The only problem with being on the first floor is the people who are noisey out front with their cars and yelling.

This was my third visit, and I was not disappointed. I really appreciate the location, the breakfast, and my room accommodations. I'm seriously considering relocating to Linthicum. Thank you for being a value add to my decision. Jimi

Friendly and courteous staff and helpful

Some of the guests were rude and disrespectful! It was transient housing for homeless, with only 1 elevator operational for 6 floors! ,the Continental breakfast was horrible

Breakfast was good ,the cleaning ladies was also nice.

The TV in the kitchen area was not working, I like to look at the news ...Thanks.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good (I'm not used to cold bagged breakfast).

I booked 4 rooms and One room was not clean (beds unmade, towels not cleaned), another room the TV was not working and the Clothes Rack was broken. After reporting the rooms, it was cleaned and the other room was switched to another.

The staff was very friendly and asked if the was anything we needed. The rooms were clean and were nice.

The was some noise in the hallways but not terrible.

Great price, rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable.

Good customer service at the front desk.

The lady who open for breakfast , looking like she had an attitude and didn’t want to be bother with. The guess try to speak to her but didn’t speak back. So rude.

The serenity of the environment at clarion was indescribable besides I was well taken cared of and I felt how..... ooh how amazing that is.
