What I didn't like was when when my dual pad wasn't working and I had bought my food and coffee and I put my food in the bag on my door so I could go back downstairs to get my key my keypad fixed and someone it went on my door and ate my food and I reported it and the lady said that she thought she didn't look on the camera and so all my food bad where they had ate it in front of room 213 I was highly upset

It was minutes away from my workplace.

I was informed that the continental breakfast was to be served at 6:30 am. I arrived to the dining area at 6:37 am; nothing but the waffle iron was set up (I don’t eat waffles), along with breads and juice. Thinking the time may have been 7:00 am instead, I waited until 7:07 am. Unfortunately nothing was set up still. I checked out around 8:00 am (I had a meeting at 8:30 am). I was dissatisfied with having to attend my meeting without a little breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised that the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, probably could use a little bit of a facelift. But excellent value for the price. Can't make comment on breakfast since we missed it.

Found out when we got there that they do not allow parking for the cruise any longer, either booking.com or the hotel needs to fix that. We paid for that. Wasn't worth trying to rebook for $10. But now had to scramble to figure out what to do with parking and cost. This was the main reason why we stayed there. 7-Day included with the stay for a cruise. So beware if that's why you're staying there call first. Option is to stay at a different hotel that actually does allow to leave your car.But we were able to leave our cars next door for $5 a day at the Comfort inn.

The customer service is Excellent.Ms.Q is so professional,Friendly kind and helpful an asset to the hotel.They seem to be doing renovations otherwise the good stuff and housekeeping are the only thing holding the place together .There are a dunkin donut for breakfast in the visinity they dont offer breakfast buffet

The room was clean no odors in the room, check in was fast and easy and only 7 mins from the event location I was doing. They even had some nice cable channels to watch were as most other hotels bearly have any channels at all....also had a nice parking lot so all around it was nice for the money.

Satisfied no complaints.

The shower and bathroom needed a deep cleaning The bed is kind of low to the floor but was comfy Tv doesn't have much to watch I've machine was broken on every floor No microwave in the room Fridge didn't work

Did not get the promised breakfast. Almost missed my flight waiting for a ride to the airport as promised. I had to use Uber to the airport because the driver did not show up.

It was easy for my family to come and get me while I was here and it was close to the bingo and the mall

It was close to where I went to travel and my niece could pick me up

They don't have no taxi cab service in that area
