This hotel was a very nice mid-price hotel. We were there Boston Marathon weekend, so all hotels were very expensive. I paid more than I typically pay for a room, but the cost was comparatively modest based on the weekend we were there. The hotel was extremely clean with up to date facilities. Although we didn't utilize the kitchenette, it had everything necessary if we had wanted to use it. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of breakfast options, and the lobby espresso machine was really nice to have available throughout our stay.

The location wasn't my preferred Boston location, but as stated, it was Marathon Weekend, so given the price, it was absolutely fine. Location is the only reason that I would consider other options for future bookings in Boston, but if you're ok with being a little bit away from the main points of interest in Boston, don't hesitate to book here.

My room was very comfortable. Spotless, spacious, comforting design, and layout. Everything felt new. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Even though the location wasn't the most convenient, it was an easy and relatively cheap lyft ride away from everything. And of course the breakfast had a huge variety. I especially loved the Chobani yogurt bar. Delicious!

Despite how great everything else was, the pool did not look clean enough to swim in for my standards. I was satisfied enough with how well everything else turned out that even so, not going swimming did not bother me.

The amenities, pool, valet and the included breakfast. There was plenty of food and it was very good. The rooms were big enough for my group and were very clean.

The surcharge on the premises of 25$ US per day, per room (destination fee) and the 20$ US for the third person per room, per day. I felt cheated because I thought that the hotel was paid for. We knew we had to pay for parking (2 cars, one in the valet and the other on normal parking lot) but that's a lot of hidden fees. As soon as I validate the final charge on my credit card. I intend the communicate with the hotel and probably with Booking.

I attended a meeting in Boston convention centre. The hotel was only 8 min walking distance from the venue. This was a big advantage. The room was very good, clean, well maintained. The reception staff was very good, helpful.

The breakfast spread could be better. As a policy, the hotel gives a credit of 25 dollars per day which is to be consumed in the restaurant or hotel market. This is restrictive. I could use the credit for my laundry bill, if allowed. Management may think about it.

The breakfast was perfect, location great, Christmas decor nice, complimentary drinks (latte machine) very much appreciated. Massage chair a god send. Staff nice, room clean & comfortable.

The pool was closed for maintenance the whole 2.5 days I was there. They sent me across the street to the sister property but in 0 degree temperature in december you don’t want to be walking outside wet. The computer was also broken so they sent me next door again to use theirs. Did not like seeing and hearing all the barking dogs, I’d prefer a pet free hotel.

We found plenty of parking spots outside the hotel where you have the meters. The meters run 8 AM to 8 PM so I recommend that if you don't plan on spending too much time inside the hotel. The room offered a lot more than we expected. The Suite with King Bed had an expandable couch that could turn into a comfy bed, toaster, utensils, plates, pans, an electric stove, iron, even dish washer etc ... The price was quite affordable.

We found some dirty plates in the dishwasher left by previous guest. The pool was kinda meh to be honest, a jacuzzi would've been nice ...

Nice apartment large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. Room was adequate for what we needed. Kept clean daily by cleaner. Pool open this year and a good sized gym.

"2022/2023 Breakfast cooked by chef to your specification. 2023/24 Precooked placed under heated lamps after apparent health inspection found no sink for chef to wash hands. Unable to install sink due to cost. Portable hand wash system available at low cost brought in during COVID could have used one of those. Lame excuse for not cooking breakfast in front of customer.

Great experience. Busy hotel, still with that new car smell. It has hard-working staff, excellent facilities for the price and was great value.

Noise insulation in the hotel is not perfect (walls seem okay, but the doors let through sound), but it's always a challenge in an affordable hotel that might not have the most experienced hotel guests. Having a sign by the elevators asking people to be quite in the corridors during sleeping hours... maybe even dimming the lights a little at night in the corridors, might help. It's fundamentally a guest management issue.

The breakfast was great! Different choices each morning! Everything about the room and the hotel was super relaxing and comfortable!

The location was overall pretty good. We live in East Boston and just wanted a little relaxing time to ourselves so it was perfect for that, I prefer being a little closer to certain areas of the city if I was going to be out and about, which we weren’t doing this time around, just a preference of mine. Really not a big issue at all

It was an exceptional experience. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Thanks to the chef Gustov for always looking after us at breakfast as we have some allergies. They have a great lounge bar in the sister hotel next door.

Liked everything.
