Clean, comfortable, beautiful property! Wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast! Nice indoor AND outdoor pool and workout area!

I would have liked if they had coffee and tea and fruit water available 24/7 in the lobby. I am a night owl and I love getting a drink and snack late at night. Also, my husband and I went to have a drink at 10:40pm at the hotel restaurant/bar on a Saturday night, and it was already closed! It would be nice if, at least the bar, remained open until midnight.

The place was amazing from the price to checking in. The rooms were clean and nice to look at. The breakfast was very nice because they had buffet breakfast with everything you want or did not think you wanted. overall it was so good. Thank you booking.com.

The price for the food in the restaurant they had was not all that. I played $17 dollars for a salad it was not made good also very small portions. They said they would give more but they did not. They going to change the price soon I was told when I talk to them.

Ease of check in. Nice room with a fridge. Right outside was the Train. And a mailbox so I could post letters. Great central location.. Duck!! Nice pen/paper, for addressing those cards. Ooh, and we were kinda wishing we had eaten in the hotel restaurant! Food looked tasty/ drinks were good.

Not sure what could have been better, staff was welcoming & helpful, the room seemed a bit dated but we’re ok with that, it was clean, good location. And that’s it n a nutshell

The ambience and facilities were excellent and the room was great

I was charged for the entire room stay even though I had already prepaid on Booking.com. I was also charged for Internet use when it should have been free. The front desk staff assured me that the charges would be reversed, so I'm waiting. The hallway to the room and elevator had a slightly dingy feel which was at odds with the high-end quality of the lobby and other guest areas.

The room was great, overall we were surprised how big the hotel was. It was nice that there was coffee in the morning even if your room didn't come with breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

We were looking forward to the outdoor pool but it was closed. We did use the indoor pool a few times and enjoyed it, however, it didn't seem very clean. The water was super cloudy. There were also some guests with a young baby who wasn't wearing a swim diaper. We swam with a child ourselves, so this isn't an anti-kids comment. There should maybe be some rules and enforcement.

Good location, big reception area

At check in around 7pm music in near the lobby from the lounge to loud . Almost impossible to hear the receptionist she also was bordered from te music but she had a smile 😊 anyway . Very disturbing . The room size was ok but a bit small for a king size bed . The view from the wind oat ground floor was bad !

Large spacious room, great bathroom facilities and comfortable bed

First room I was given wasn’t clean but I spoke to reception and they quickly fixed the problem and offered us a breakfast voucher as compensation. Be careful, they charge you for wifi, sometimes even if you didn’t use it. I had to speak to someone to have it cleared off my bill.

Very clean. Felt safe, even returning in the early am

Bolt lock broken or disabled, very disturbing. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Soft lighting is great for bedroom but terrible for the bathroom. Most staff were lovely but a one late evening staff was quite abrupt.

Pool and bed and clean

The service at the restaurant was really long. More than 15 minutes getting a server, we got our wine but had to re-ask for the kids drinks. Then it took about 1:30 to get our appys that came in the same time then our filet mignon. Not really good specially when you spend 300$

The staff was exemplary. The choices for socializing or staying fit were very good. Loved the shower! All equipment was working very well (lights, TV, etc).

The bath and shower were nice & clean. However, the chaise lounge had stains on it. and table surfaces did not feel clean.
