The location can't be beat!! There is a free shuttle ride to all the major attractions in Plymouth and with two small children in tow, it was very helpful after a long day walking around. The room was very nice and had been updated.

The breakfast was a serious disappointment. Some apples and munchkins from Dunkin's on a side table in the lobby hardly qualifies as a continental breakfast. And the pool was not well maintained or stocked. It looked great from the outside, but the water left a weird residue and there were no towels. The restaurant bar attached was also closed.

Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable Loved big tv! Good size pool and restaurant Close to downtown if exploring Staff all very friendly at both front desk and restaurant (only staff we encountered)

CJ’s food was mediocre needs improvement Mainly came to use the pool, which was clean, but could’ve definitely been warmer Lifeguards need to be more alert and involved Its teenage kids that looked miserable and half asleep And it got busy couple rowdy kids were cutting in line And keep the door closed it was drafty. I understand it probably gets hot for the lifeguards but maybe dress appropriately for pool area in t-shirts instead of hooded sweatshirts and pants , because we’re paying money to use the pool area. Locker room could’ve been a little cleaner there were personal towels that must of accidentally got left behind And HUGE bin of dirty hotel towels that were not all from that day

Loved pool, was farther from town than thought but quiet area lot of parking.

They charged us a $5 water fee? Leaving they said to use pool? We brought our own water and pool charge odd! They woke us up using drill unlock door across way. When we got to room we couldn’t get in! Keys didn’t work had go back downstairs. Tissue box only 1 tissue not new box and no hairdryer in room. To unstop drain have push down on it. Shower water didn’t get hot.

The location is good and the rooms are clean.

The lifeguard did not handle the rude people. A teenage couple, he was vaping, they had a tray of food on the edge of the pool so they could eat while in the pool, and they were making out. It was bizarre and people were just staying away from that corner of the pool. They also had two young boys with them who looked to be younger siblings. And they were running all over the place.

Wonderful pool and arcade. My kids really enjoyed them.

The walls seemed so thin, as I could hear everything from the room next to me. I would add sound dampeners or rearrange the rooms to minimize sound travel.

The hotel was great-- the pool/hot/tub/sauna was fantastic and a great hit with my 12 yo. Many reviews stated the pool was freezing but that was not the case when we were there, it was just the right temp!

The pool was great, but we did not have hot water for our showers for the first day. We mentioned this to staff and this was fixed by the afternoon of the next day.

The recent renovations are excellent, and the location is hard to beat.

The doors are missing the safety latches. The deadbolt opens when you press the handle. Fine for me, but had to put a chair in front of it to keep my toddler from wandering off. She's tall enough to reach the handle, and to young to adequately threaten.

Everything was excellent. Kids loved the pool and restaurant the staff was pleasant and food was excellent. Only thing that I would complain about is the pool water wasn’t that warm. Kids didn’t mind but for us adults it was chilly to have to stay in with the kids.

The location was a very short walk to both the grist mill & downtown shops & restaurants.

One of the pillows in our room had hair all over it. 🤮We exchanged at front desk. My bed had strap holding mattress pad broken so every time I moved the pad would lump up in waves beneath the fitted sheet & id have to smooth out.

The staff was very obliging and our room was big enough to enjoy a five day stay with four persons. The location was near to the harbour where you can visit the Mayflower and to many restaurants. We liked the possibility to use the pool after a day ful of sightseeing and had a nice stay there. The parking lot was free and good to reach.

The pictures are suggestive of a bigger pool area - the pool with slide is really okay but we had expected something more.
