Chris, the front desk clerk on the evening shift is EXCELLENT 🎉🎉🎉. He has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE compared to other places we have stayed. We travel often and Chris exceeded all expectations. He told us about mass transit, restaurants, places to see, etc. He was always smiling! My husband is a manager for a company and stated he wished he could hire people like Chris because of his excellent skills. Other staff were also helpful but Chris stood out. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone we know traveling your way!!!

It was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Lots of different breakfast foods to eat. The area was very clean. They cleaned it up after everyone left. The staff were also friendly. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Good location, ample parking, nice staff. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer on certain floors. The microwave on every floor came in handy. The fitness room had enough to get a workout in. The breakfast was good with unlimited coffee 24/7 with the ladies working hard every morning to make it enjoyable. Plenty of seating. No complaints!

It was par for the course as far as a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good!! The guy at check in was nice, not sure who he was - no name tag - Check out lady barely looked at me - (again no name tag) she was busy on her computer. Never asked how my stay was, never bothered to say thank you - and for $300 for 1 night I would expect more!! Very disappointed in your staff.

It’s was ok - typical Holiday Inn. Only 2 washcloths & 3 towels? Room accommodates 4!!

We only stayed one night as we were traveling and didn’t get checked in until after 10 pm and left early the next morning, so mainly just a bed, shower, and breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! I love that they have bottles of Dove products for you to use. The hot breakfast was really good with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bread, etc.

The toilet in our room was really low. We’re tall and out of shape people so hard to get up. 😂

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room were modern looking and clean. I usually have hip pains in hotel beds because they are uncomfortable, but not here. These beds were exceptionally comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had plenty of options available for whatever you wanted in the morning. The hotel staff was very helpful when we requested a room change halfway through our stay due to noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

The first two nights we were there we had exceptionally noisy neighbors. The room we originally were in had the doors to expand into the neighboring rooms leading to an easy path for noise to go from room to room. This compounded with road noise from the highway led to a couple of sleepless nights. Once we switched rooms, this problem was solved.

The kids liked the breakfast. The check-in process was friendly.

The location felt unsafe and the guests standing outside the main entrance gave off super sketchy vibes. I wasn't sure my car wouldn't be broken into by morning. The room appeared clean but smelled like someone had recently used the restroom in there. The staff at the desk at departure went out of their way to avoid eye contact or pleasantries.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly. There are a ton of food places in the area. Walmart is right across the highway in the event you forget something or need something. Breakfast was reasonable. If you attend Salem in October, this is an excellent place to stay! It is only 10 minutes away.

The only thing I did not like was the beverage machine at breakfast. It was either out of order for a specific drink, or it was not diluting the mixture properly. Examples include cranberry or orange juice. I would recommend that they invest in a different machine or have bottles of juice available.

Room: It was just adequate for 4 adults, and the air control quite good. Breakfast: As we have found in HIE hotels, it is very good. Airport: Access to Logan Airport is good but it was better in earlier days when a regular shuttle was available.

Having an option for families of twin beds rather than one double/queen.

Everything is perfect. The breakfast is really good. The customer service is perfect the people take time for understand us and help us. If i come back around there i go back there for sure

The bathroom needs a serious renovation and for the floor maybe remove the carpet because we can't judge if the floor is really clean.
