Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Wifi was good.

Someone left one of the luggage caddies with a small dresser on it out in the parking lot. I notified a staff member, but the front desk was shut down and the caddie sat outside over night. In the morning, I made mention of it to the front desk. The receptionist said others had told her about it, but she was short staffed and couldn't retrieve it herself. Eventually someone did return it to the lobby later that day, but it left me with a sour impression that it occurred and how it was (eventually) handled.

I booked this room for my 2 grandsons that had been traveling for 10 plus hours in a snow storm from the upper peninsula of Michigan and they where having a difficult time getting there on time and I called and Talked with a Sara and she had a calming voice and helped with a later check in and she made me relieved that my 2 grandsons had a place to rest. Thank you Sara ❤️

I liked the call from Sarah after getting into the room, asking if the room was everything up to standard. I liked being on the ground level as well.

There was a lack of outlets in the room, it was an older style which was fine. Bit finding enough chargers especially being close to the bed was a challenge. Also - the grab and go breakfast only consisted of Granola Bars and muffins, with Coffee but did not stay up until checkout time. I wish I was made aware how long it was up till.

ANTHONY was amazing. Never have I stayed in hotels and have I received the service he demonstrated. Usually I walk in and there is someone playing on their smartphone and seem upset that you have interrupted their time. I had a few issues with my room, but he was able to fix all but 2...

The fact the phone in the room would not dial out or that the first floor window in my room would NOT secure.

Clean room, good neighborhood

Maid just walked in our room without knocking, wish there was coffee pot in room. Seen others at check out get denied a room although had reservation as “their long term patients gets priority if they decide to stay longer so reservations don’t count then” per front desk

Staff was great and rooms were decent and easy accommodations for any issues. Access to laundry on site as well!

Come cleanliness of the rooms could’ve been better.

It was a great place to stay and the STAFF was great as well

All they need is a pool.

Location was nice.

The room was mostly clean but the microwave had crumbs in it and we also found a water bottle behind the bed.

Nice work table for my computer. And plenty of power outlets

My passcard would NOT open the outside doors. Not sure why.

very few amenities and the plumbing in my room fell apart.
