Our room was very large and clean. The beds were very comfy. The TV was great as well as the WIFI connection. We loved having the Keurig coffee maker and K-cups in the room. We also took advantage of the additional hot cider and hot chocolate K-cups available at the front desk every evening. We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub in the evening after a long day of hiking. Our room faced the pool, but we did not have a problem with loud voices after quiet hours.

The only thing that I would have liked is the addition of a table and chairs in the room. There was plenty of room and it would have been nice to be able to play cards etc.

We didn't have any meals at the hotel. Our room was recently remodeled, and it was perfect. Everything was very clean.

The only improvement I could suggest would be to use fabric softener on the towels. The towels were very rough. Also, a computer & printer for guest use would be nice. I was able to go to the library to print, & scan which was a life saver.

Excellent stay. From the moment you enter you are greeted by friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Rooms are recently renovated and super clean, welcoming, and spacious. Wonderful location at the end of main street.

Nothing, everything was perfect other than closing balconies at 10pm

Great central location. Friendly staff. For an hold historic hotel, everything was modern and up to date. Reasonably large room.

They need curtains on the windows. There was only a lite shade. Not enough to keep the light out which is very late and early in Michigan Summers. Pool hours need to be cut back. Lots of screaming kids still at 9:30 My room faced the pool. Ask for one that doesn't if this could be bothersome. Not sure why they need sticker on the door saying there is a "safe space" for LGBT guests. I would hope the hotel is safe for everyone.

Hot tub didn’t work properly the vents wouldn’t turn on for anyone and the shower door would not stay closed

I truly enjoyed the stay, everyone in the Hotel was friendly and professional. The Hotel is Beautiful, in a perfect location.

Stair steps to get up to the porch....my husband has a disability and has tremendous difficulty with stairs.

The location made it convenient to everything on the island. The staff always greeted us with a smile and asked how they can help.

I would have preferred a location with a restaurant and bar.
