Customer service was great. When I had an issue they were very friendly and helped right away. I really loved how friendly they all were and willing to help

The beds were squeaky. I don’t think the hotel can control that but it made it hard to sleep

The room was nice, clean and affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool room was incredibly warm. The flooring in the bathroom was slippery when wet.

Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of choices. Hotel and room was clean.

Felt like it was a little expensive. Everything else was great.

Have the pool area open for Adults until 12 was great.

The breakfast was awful. Non existent. Nothing but cereal and toast. The warmers were empty.

Kids from pool left water on floor a lot which was a concern for slipping. Staff seemed to ignore it

Bed was too hard. Left with a bad backache. Lady taking care of the breakfast area was cranky. Some guests got the sausage and eggs from the chaffing buffet and left the lid open. She came out and growled..I don't know why you can't shut the lid. The next morning she grumbled about guests that left cups out and having to clean the counter. This was not under her breath, but loud enough for guests to hear.

Proximity to the casino and stores. The size of the room was nice. Good water pressure.

The breakfast was disappointing, we could hear everyone running around, not sound proofed very well. The parking lot was like an ice skating rink and there weren't enough parking spots due to the restaurant being busy and all the snow piled up in parking spots instead of being removed.

The 3 days we stayed the lady that worked for the morning breakfast had a mad face the whole time someone would arrive, even though there were still 2 hours left till breakfast ended. Also, the next day when there was still an hour and a half till the breakfast ended, there were several foods gone such as eggs, cereal, milk and she refused to put out more. There was even frozen sausage that my 8 yr old put on his plate but spit it out once he realized he couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing!

Housekeeping could have been better/more often. We had to ask for them to clean the bathroom and empty the wastebaskets.

Never slept so well in my life. The bed and pillows were excellent ! The hot tub and pool area were superb and were open 18 hours.

A little hard to find. The city of Red Wing need to allow this hotel to have more signage.
