Clean and the room was large enough for 6

I booked the room through booking but when I arrived the staff member said that there was a mistake when that room was made available on booking. The air conditioning wasn’t working great and the staff member told us and offered for us to look at the room . Which we did .. it was hot at first but eventually became comfortable.

Nice room, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

The sofa bed is always an afterthought. If it's available, one should always assume it might be used. There was an old blood stain on the mattress, which was kinda gross. We were just staying one night so didn't use the bed.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and tasty, quiet. Clean and accommodating. It was the standard holiday Inn express. Which I have never had a poor experience as far as this stuff goes.

Price was higher then almost every state we traveled through that week by almost 60 dollars a night. Was told it was because it was close to Yellowstone. However it was 60 a night more then the rest of the state even ones at Yellowstone door step.

The rooms are very nice & clean. & I love the fact they had shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap AND lotion provided! My trip was last minute so I didn't pack my necessities but I thought it was very nice they had that on hand. And the staff is very nice & wonderful!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good size and it was a full bathroom, not a split water closet and vanity.

Breakfast did not start until 7:00am. We are used to breakfast starting at 6:00 - 6:30am. We had to get on the road before 7:00am.

Clean white towels. Extremely clean and great selection 8n breakfast area 👍🏻. Clean white sheets and bedding. Comfortable beds. Excellent lighting! Pool and hot tub looked really nice;but didn't have opportunity to use them, darn it!!

Bathroom tile floor needed cleaning. While the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower looked great, the dispensers weren't user friendly. Same goes for hand soap and lotion. Looked good but not the best dispensing. TV only had cable channels, no HBO 🤷🏼‍♀️ or other to watch a current movie (without paying). No instructions on how to work TV.

The staff was helpful and the hotel met my expectations. But I should mention that in pretty picky with hotels.

The location. It’s a bit far from everything but right off the interstate. And I didn’t like the bed but I do have a special bed so I won’t hold it against them, maybe it’s a nice bed for most.

Ceiling was leaking in lobby and some guests had tools stolen from their work trucks during the night.

Clean, spacious. Lots of flat surfaces and wall hooks for our things. Excellent mattress. Quiet. Loved the halo bathroom mirror, wall mirror and remote control shades. Excellent lighting

Lovely clean large room which accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers easily. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast included. Handy to interstate.
