Excellent value for money considering it was basically a whole apartment in the mountains overlooking the valley with two balconies. Usable fireplace in living area a nice cozy touch whilst watching TV. Full private kitchen facilities. Rooftop spa nice and hot. The room took our breath away.

Self check in done remotely through reception TV via a video call with a person, was a little frustrating since the keys stopped working multiple times and we were flustered after driving all day. Unclear instructions on how to utilise available facilities at a neighbouring resort and we were unable to use them. Room and reception area took a while to find initially.

Close to stagecoach lift, really nice hot tubs with beautiful view of the valley

Had to call 4 times because the microwave wasn’t working, finally after 3 days they brought a new one. Condo was pretty dark but cosy

The place was cute and was at a great location. It was exactly looking for our group. The Hot tub was great. However, one was out of order.

The staff are all off site.. Meaning if there is a malfunction (which there was), it's a bit frustrating. Their printers were not working properly, so I had to help them trouble shoot for a parking permit. Their wifi password would not work at all, but I just opted to use wifi instead. The sofa bed is useless. Old spring mattresses and I slept on the floor instead of the sofa bed. If you don't love your kids or have friends who are late to committing to the stay, then the sofabed is their punishment.

This place is very close to Stagecoach lodge. You could technically walk but it’s quite a steep hill. Unsure if there is a shuttle. It was clean and a great value. Fireplace was nice and the area is quiet.

A few cons: one hot tub was out of order and the other hot tub was locked during our stay, the pull out couch was dirty and there were no sheets for it, there is no elevator here and we had to climb up/down five flights of stairs with all our stuff - very tiring. The check in was done completely remote via Zoom which was interesting and upon check in, we received a call to make sure all was well which was nice. I would stay again for the price!

We LOVE this place. We have been here numerous times and love the place. The location, the staff. The facilities. Very comfortable place to stay. We will be visiting again. A+ all the way around. The only tip.i have for other bookers. Bring a matress topper. The beds aren't the worst. But they are VERY firm. Past that, no complaints. I even got two other families to join us here last trip and we will likely make it an annual gathering here. Cheers to The Ridge Sierra.

Cleanest hotel ever! I have to say this is one of the best setup & views ever! It was breathtaking and super cozy! We will definitely be back!

Initial check in a little confusing to us as it was our first time here. We expected a staff member to come out to greet us but the phone rang instead. I didn't anticipate the call would be for us until the representative spoke through a device to instruct us of the check in procedure. I'm sure the rep does this quite often but as new guests I think a more patient etiquette could have been provided. It went well after a few minutes though after the process was broken down. Next time around we'll know how check in procedures go.

Well, the staff was very accommodating. The facilities and room were more than adequate. It was a seamless stay on our way to another destination in Nevada with exceptional facilities. The room was very nice, but a bit weathered. It's really a ski resort and very close to skilifts at Heavenly. Real nice access to South Lake Tahoe.

The view was exceptional. I liked the no staff on grounds, but that they were available 24/7. The stay felt very private. The rooms and sheets were very clean. I'd liked being able to use the fure place.

The mattresses weren't to my liking, but that could be personal preference. Too firm for me.

I love so many different aspects of this property! The fire place was very cute! Interior is definitely giving a cabin vibe! Lots of space and so perfect for a fam/friend vacay!

There are no elevators! Definitely will get your steps in!

My friends and I loved the hot tub! It ended up snowing the first night we were there. It was an experience! We also loved the fireplace and outside balcony.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable.
