Very beautiful views very clean room, spacious room, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room! Was very comfortable during our stay even with our large party.

Everything was good until the last day we had called the front desk to ask if we can have a late check out they said yes we were able to in the morning. A lady came to our door very rude asking if we were leaving we responded yes and she said did you guys call the front desk? We responded yes and she just rolled her eyes and walked away as we were loading our car our keys expired and we got locked in the garage when we asked for an employee if he can, please open the door so we can continue loading our stuff. He said he wasn’t able to and walked away leaving us outside..

Pool, hot tub, covered parking, stocked kitchen, shuttle, views, hot showers, secure, lots of activities & things to do at the hotel & near by, free laundry, friendly atmosphere & staff were great & provided fast service. Clean, the room had a fan, humidifier, broom, large storage area, roomy and comfortable for the 5 of us.

Beds are very firm & not comfortable. Would have been nice to know to register for activities immediately because they fill up fast. We weren’t able to do much that was part of the resort fee. Remodel was nice but a drawers/cupboards wouldn’t open unless you opened the fridge.

We came Tuesday-Friday disappointed that bar only open Thursday-Sunday. Shuttle times also limited. In my opinion removing the food options was a very poor choice. I could live with the restaurant down to a smaller dining experience but the smaller option that used to be downstairs always had people in it even if just for coffee and something small. This new place upstairs I only saw someone there once. Older couple even came to us at the pool table to ask where are you supposed to eat here. They seemed extremely disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay - we felt so welcome from the minute we walked into the lobby and were greeted by Will. He made our stay very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from Jeff’s snowshoeing experience to the 24/7 help from the front desk. The amenities were well maintained and clean. We will definitely be recommending this property that is perfectly situated next to the slopes to our friends and we will be back again!

Maybe the decorations that were a little dated.

We liked our large family in the tower and they accommodated our group very well nicely.

The spa jacuzzi in the main building has been broken for months!! It needs to be replaced immediately!! The lighting on the roads on the way into the Ridge is horrible!! There needs to be a lot more indication at the turns and a lot more visibility along the way!! It’s terrible!!

Convenient location with shuttle service to Stagecoach Lift - Heavenly Ski Resort. Nice size one-bedroom with large kitchen area and soaking tub in bedroom.

I dislike the duvet covers on bed - was very hot - would have loved an additional blanket to use instead duvet. There was one in the room but we used it for the pull-out coach bed. Couldn’t find the “pool table” that was suppose to be in the building! Obviously doesn’t exist anymore. Not deal breaker, just interesting that it said it existed and it didn’t!

The size of room was wonderful. Location was great. Check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The flooring was heated in kitchen are. Which would be nice in winter months. There was no A/C. We stayed the last week of September this year. We did get a bit too hot. We closed curtains and opened windows to help with staying as cool as possible.

Bed was comfortable unlike most hotels, view was gorgeous, loved all of the amenities including the tram to the lift. Great kitchen and living room to cook and relax.

Our room had a yellow stain on the comforter, it should have been changed out for a new one. House keeping should have taken care of this so we did not find it.

can’t beat the location for skiing at Heavenly. Kids enjoyed the ping pong tables and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked to have the door between our adjoining rooms unlocked and to use the facilities same day after we checked out. Bistro bar was a convenient place to watch March Madness.

We couldn’t get the room to cool off for sleeping at night but maybe we would have figured it out if we stayed longer. Hot tub for our building wasn’t in service but there was another option at the club house. Entrance to the garage was covered in ice and extremely slippery - would suggest some rock salt.

It was well maintained and very clean. It was spacious and had all the utensils a family would need to make meals.

The only negative thing I have to say, is that it is a little out of the way in a secluded part of the mountain. Though, makes for some stunning views.
