The rooms were nice, casino was right as heck!!

Went to eat at the food court, every table was dirty. We asked for a rag to clean the tables and they said they would do it. A rude man came over with a rag and cleaner. My husband asked how he was doing, he very rudely said, I’m tired, I work two jobs and I’ve been working since 8am. He then proceeded to Start spraying the table with cleaner while I was sitting there and sprayed cleaner all over me! He only cleaned one of the tables we needed and as he walked away he said, I own my own moving business and pay my employees $50 cash hourly. My husband had to go get the rag and cleaner and clean the other tables himself!

This hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had an issue with our TV and the staff came to fix it right away--everyone at the hotel was so nice. The pool and fitness center are huge and clean. The casino is fun to walk around and there are many food and bar options inside. A/C works great!

We had (apparently?) an adjoining room and the wall was suuuuuuper thin. Luckily we only had neighbors for one night, but we could hear every word they said as well as every word on their TV! The other wall seemed to be thick though, so maybe just ask for a room without an adjoining door...

I loved that there was a lot to do at the resort, it was a fun getaway trip for me and my partner

Me and my partner went to the casino bar , I am 22 and she is 23 but she has the old Texas ID that is valid and is vertical and mine is the new Texas ID that is vertical as well and valid, but I guess they thought we had fake IDs and were accusing us of having fake IDs but after some review and about 45 minutes later we got a drink. That was the only downfall of this stay

I loved the restaurants the casino being right there and open late night early morning,, staff was pleasantly kind ., one thing I didn't give a high score to was the Pool , closed to early for summer time hours , Night pooling would be a plus, considering there's non- life- guard on duty anyway , and I'm sure the pool area is Camaraed up.. place was very clean , I really enjoyed the Balcony rooms , definitely would stay again if pool hours expanded,

The shower to small shower head hits to high up had to stand in a corner to shower

Check in was easy and painless. Was able to check in an hour early which allowed us to get settled in our room before enjoying the pool for the day. We had dinner at Ristra which was great and price right. Room as spacious and comfortable. Like how the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom. Only disappointment was the view, which overlooked a rooftop.

The view was disappointing. Also will ask for a room closer to elevator next time as we are both seniors.

The concert venue was awesome! Great seats, great sound, and we loved the big screens on either side of the stage so we could see the whole performance without any blocked view.

The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly upon us checking in. She seemed to be annoyed. We didn't like having to walk through the casino to get to the concert venue. We don't gamble, so that was not to our liking. Non-gamblers should have a direct access to the venue.

The rooms are fairly large, very nice, and clean. The bathroom is big and clean, and water pressure in the shower is great, nice, and hot. Bed was very comfortable 😌

They do have a room safe, if you like to use it, you have to call the front desk, security will come up and unlock it, you'll then enter your code in order to use it, that's an inconvenience, most resorts leave this unlocked, just leave safe door open when you leave for the next quest.

The location of this property is off the beaten path. That can be good or bad depending upon what you're looking for. It is still only minutes from all the things I wanted to see and do in ABQ, so I viewed the location as a positive. Here's one thing I would cite as a huge positive: the hot water in the restroom didn't take forever to come out. Sometimes, you have to run the water for a while before the hot water gets to the faucet, but it was practically immediate. It seems like such a small thing, but I appreciate it!

I wish there had been more dining options. The food court is located in the casino and it is fine, but the cafe had very limited hours (7am - 2pm). I didn't necessary wanna drop gourmet restaurant kinda money for every meal. I guess that's one of the drawbacks with its location. Maybe add a pizza place/Italian cuisine spot?

Receptionist was accommodating and friendly. Our room was wonderful. Very secure feeling not being able to access rooms without a key. Spa services were booked during our stay hoping to enjoy on our visit in March.

The service at Steakhouse. The bartender was not receptive and somewhat rude. The price quoted on menu for salmon plate was increased from $30 to $45 upon ordering. If deviation were required they should have announced upon receiving the menu.
