This hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had an issue with our TV and the staff came to fix it right away--everyone at the hotel was so nice. The pool and fitness center are huge and clean. The casino is fun to walk around and there are many food and bar options inside. A/C works great!

We had (apparently?) an adjoining room and the wall was suuuuuuper thin. Luckily we only had neighbors for one night, but we could hear every word they said as well as every word on their TV! The other wall seemed to be thick though, so maybe just ask for a room without an adjoining door...

The location of this property is off the beaten path. That can be good or bad depending upon what you're looking for. It is still only minutes from all the things I wanted to see and do in ABQ, so I viewed the location as a positive. Here's one thing I would cite as a huge positive: the hot water in the restroom didn't take forever to come out. Sometimes, you have to run the water for a while before the hot water gets to the faucet, but it was practically immediate. It seems like such a small thing, but I appreciate it!

I wish there had been more dining options. The food court is located in the casino and it is fine, but the cafe had very limited hours (7am - 2pm). I didn't necessary wanna drop gourmet restaurant kinda money for every meal. I guess that's one of the drawbacks with its location. Maybe add a pizza place/Italian cuisine spot?

The rooms are fairly large, very nice, and clean. The bathroom is big and clean, and water pressure in the shower is great, nice, and hot. Bed was very comfortable 😌

They do have a room safe, if you like to use it, you have to call the front desk, security will come up and unlock it, you'll then enter your code in order to use it, that's an inconvenience, most resorts leave this unlocked, just leave safe door open when you leave for the next quest.

Receptionist was accommodating and friendly. Our room was wonderful. Very secure feeling not being able to access rooms without a key. Spa services were booked during our stay hoping to enjoy on our visit in March.

The service at Steakhouse. The bartender was not receptive and somewhat rude. The price quoted on menu for salmon plate was increased from $30 to $45 upon ordering. If deviation were required they should have announced upon receiving the menu.

We ate at Embers and it was delicious with the most perfectly prepared steaks!!! They also opened a new poker table rather than have folks wait. It was nice!

TIWA was closed the whole time we were there, so the food court was really the only breakfast option if we didn’t order in advance from room service. Also, tried booking spa services but first I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone then they didn’t have availability.

We had such a lovely time at Isleta. Everyone was so kind, friendly, warm...the room was comfortable and spotless, great shower water pressure too. We ate dinner twice at Embers and once at Tiwa for breakfast. The bar was loads of fun, with a live band. We won a little $$ on the Superbowl, too. All in all, a great visit. We will be back. Oh, and free valet! TIP YOUR DRIVERS! 🥰

The beauty of Isleta represents the Isleta People and their culture. The ambience was modern yet showcased much Native American culture, At night I saw the staff polishing the floors and shining the windows. I felt so welcome and safe. Itt is not as far from the ABQ airport as I thought and the Rail Roadrunner train is nearby to go into the city or to Santa Fe. Food alternatives reasonable; all staff friendly, value for money was excellent; Bed comfortable and rooms large. Wonderful pool. I will return... I think it is an ABQ secret.

The room and bed was very comfortable. Large room and big bath with separate water closet. The entire building was so interesting and we so enjoyed the displays of pottery and artifacts in the lobby and entry to the casino.

The room we were given had a large tall tube which was tricky to step in and out of. Maybe not the best room for older adults. Otherwise the bath was wonderful.

I booked a complete spa day for a friend and myself. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but they were very accommodating as some of our appointments overlap with our other appointments. The extra Spa amenities were wonderful. The rooms were so clean and so comfortable. Definitely suggest trying the bakery inside the casino.

I honestly wish I had time to stay longer.
