Not much in walking distance, but good location for a quick trip downtown. Bedroom more spacious than the living space, which made it a bit tight with a family of 4 (2 kids under 7). Some lights didn't work, glass on a mirrored closet door was cracked, and the TVs were real funny with the remotes trying to operate 2 menus with the same button at the same time. Room was a little musty, But, The breakfast was excellent, water was hot, plenty of dishes and storage in the kitchen. Breakfast provided was a great spread. The parling lot is secured, and overall we had a great time here.

Overall stay was good, expectations of a Marriott Owned property were not met. A few minor maintenance concerns were unexpected. Hot tub jets were not working, cable on one of the tvs was not working, transition point at carpet and flooring was loose and caused a tripping hazard. Refrigerator was unbalanced and very loud and then also room was not furnished with extra linens / bedding for the pull out sofa. All though these things were inconvenient the staff was apologetic and helped make our stay comfortable and restful. The staff was friendly and understanding. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people coming through the facility.

It was clean and close to where I was going..

When I booked I booked a two bedroom suite and when I got there it wasn't available and I booked a month in advance they did give me two rooms same price but wat if I brought kids I didn't get a notification or anything... And the price for one night a little pricey but other then that I didn't have a problem wit the staff or anything else...

I liked the location. It was close to where our activities were.

I didn't like customer service on the second day. I couldn't get through to the receptionist after several attempts and I finally got through I requested an ironing board that I never received until the next day. She stated she was checking in another guest and didn't know how long it would take. Breakfast on Sunday was horrible. Very unorganized. No hot water for the oatmeal, the waffle mix was too thin, no orange juice or eggs.

Made breakfast in my room. Breakfast smelled wonderful when walked through lobby. Felt very safe with location and parking lot. Very confinient for going to hospital daily.

A few nights was woken up by individual being very long in hallway in the middle of the night and one night was woken up by children jump on the bed and hitting the walls. Calledfront desk and was taken care of immediately. Thank you

The property was well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly The breakfast was on point.

The only hiccup was one of the elevators going down The elevator was working when I checked in and soon after went down.

I found bed bug made the lady aware of it she did not move my room nor did she ask if I wanted to be moved I had to change my towels out myself I was not please about that and as a housekeeper myself things like that a quest should not even have to touch people stay at a hotel to have a little break not to do a job that should have been done

Wonderful customer service from the staff! I think the name of the staff member who checked me in was named Destiny - she was incredibly gracious, patient, professional and welcoming. She did an outstanding job of welcoming me to the property and i appreciate her strong level of customer service. All of the other staff members I encountered were great too.

Good location to walk around the area. Room comfortable.

It was an unfortunate time to visit as the hotel was under new management and even though they were helpful always it was a problem with organisation. Breakfast was not organised well and basic items were not replenished when they had run out.

The room was huge. Full kitchen, the amenities in the room. We had a desk that had a roll top table. The shower was fantastic The breakfast was solid, pool was nice. Spa area was really nice as well. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient.

The pool had to be treated with chemicals which meant it was closed most of the day. The spa Jets didn't work one day. Also a lack of information about the pool closure.
