You had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot $35 per each time you park and wasn’t made aware until I reached the property. Street parking is very limited.

We had an excellent 4-night stay as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) at this hotel in Brooklyn. The location is convenient, about a 7-minute walk from the F subway line, making it easy to reach Manhattan every day. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean, well soundproofed, and equipped with a fridge, which was a real bonus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is varied and generous, though slightly repetitive over several mornings. A great option for visiting New York while staying in a quieter neighborhood.

Convience of location. Abillity to grab a piece of fruit or muffin and have a coffee or juice on the go. Defintitely not the place to stay for long periods of time. Eating area quite small. But as i said, obvioudly intended for grab and go. While other could stay and make fresh waffles. But that also can be a quick turnaround, if people are respectful of limited seating. Guests should consider that there are also alot of international guests who approach things differently. Which is not the hotels problem.

Good location within Brooklyn, and not too far from Manhattan. The close subway station does not have an elevator/escalator - so if you're travelling with a suitcase it can be quite a hassle (not the hotel's fault ofc, just letting you know). Staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel felt pleasant. Room was surprisingly nice for what we expected for the price range and in this very decent location. Nice beds, and everything felt clean and tidy. Would definitely consider staying there again if I'll ever bisit NY in the future.

We're used to small motels/hotels breakfast standards, but this is the only place, out of different 13 hotels we stayed in during our trip, where we had no where to sit (we had to wait standing for 10 minutes, and eat really quickly because other people were waiting), and it seemed like by the time we finally found a place to sit - most of the food was already over. Breakfast is from 7-9 and we were there right around 8, in the middle of the week. Also - the door for the bathroom was quite weird and didn't give a sense of privacy like a normal door does. Don't know if that's the case with the rest of the rooms.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good and the size of the room was also great. We had access to an hairdryer, an iron, a TV and air conditioning which were really helpful. There's a direct train from times square which was definitely a plus for us. The staff let is overstay for a couple hours after our check-out, with an extra fee, which made it also really helpful for us before leaving for the airport.

The bathroom had a fan that was extremely loud. It was a little bit annoying. There was no mini bar / fridge so we couldn't keep our sandwiches in there. There must've been a miscommunication between the staff because they kept calling and knocking on our door after our check-out time (even though we had agreed we'd pay the fee to stay for a little bit longer the night before).

The staff was really pleasant and the stay was good. I paid for late checkout and was running late to get back to the hotel in time to checkout but they were gracious about it. There's a Popeyes and a Dunkin Donuts just across the road so it was convenient to get a meal before the concert I was going to. They also have mini Toothpaste strips available which was sooooooo convenient! The breakfast area was nice when it wasn't full.

The breakfast area is really small so if you get there at a peak time, it's a tight squeeze to get around with little seats available

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is very hearty and filling, and on Sundays, they even offer fruits. You can also make a delicious, substantial waffle yourself. The bed is huge and comfortable, and the shower is spacious—it's not just a shower cabin but a full shower.

One thing I would suggest is adding a way to heat water in the room, along with items like cups, to make it possible to have tea in the room. This would be nice, especially since the kitchen closes after breakfast and there's nothing available afterward

Clean ,comfortable, great location, close proximity to stores, restaurants, villa mia pizzeria, subway station, prospect park. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast options good, coffee in room maker. Fridge for your items, microwave too.

I had a great time....traveled everywhere by subway. Nice to return to the great comforts of the La Quinta Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn. A/C had the room nice and cool. There was NOTHING i did not like.

The room was very clean and organized, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good products. The staff was very attentive and helpful. A positive point is that you can store your luggage for a few hours after checking out. It's in a great location, safe, and close to the subway, which makes it easy to get to any part of the city.

The breakfast was good, but the space was very small and there were few chairs, which made most people (including me) eat standing up. The elevator was very slow.
