The front desk staff were very pleasant. Check in was easy and my daughters were offered a fresh baked cookie when we arrived. The room we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included in our stay and had a good variety of food to choose from: eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, milk/chocolate milk, juice, coffee, and my daughters’ favourite, a machine that made fresh pancakes to order. There was a pool that was a little on the small side but big enough that my daughter’s still enjoyed going for a swim. The location was very convenient, minutes away from restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!

As a Celiac, the breakfast was not Gluten Free friendly for me. I brought my own rice cakes, hard cooked eggs, gluten free bread. The hotel breakfast had tea, juice and yogurt that I was able to eat. The bananas were not ripe. The room was not serviced. I was exiting the shower when housekeeping knocked and I asked her to return in fifteen minutes, but she did not come. Also, the hotel did not honor their statement that they price match. I could have stayed at another nearby property for less money and asked about the price match. I stayed at this property because other wedding guests were staying there.

The staff! They were absolutely so helpful and understanding. Me and my friend are both 18 and when we arrived the staff let us know Holiday Inn changed the age limit a week before our stay to 21. But since no one let us know they let us stay anyways. The staff told us on our way out that they received no complaints about me and my friend and that they appreciated how respectful we were and understanding. We were there for a comic con convention. And we were in our costumes at checkout. The manager took photos with us and even said we could email her personally if we booked again and we would be allowed to stay. I really appreciated the kindness shown to me and my friend. And the place itself was lovely as well. Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. The pool was also heated and very relaxing. If we are in the area again I will have to reach out and stay again. Beautiful area and hotel.

There was only one complaint from my friend that they room smelled very strongly of chemicals when we arrived. But we had an air purifier with us so it wasn’t much of a problem really. Besides that we had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is tastefully decorated, the rooms are clean, the location is very convenient to all local stores and restaurants, the breakfast was good. Everything about our stay was easy and comfortable.

The pictures online do not show how nice it is. To me, it looked like nothing had been modernized but in fact there were many new or updated things while keeping true to the original decor/design.

Breakfast was wonderful. Good variety. Fresh Rooms smelled clean and fresh. Great that beverage available.

Staff acted little rude. Did not explain anything about facility. WiFi password, breakfast available what time. Felt we where inconvenience to her

We throughly enjoyed our stay, we extended it for a total of 5 days.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, if I had to really think of it it would be very convenient if there was a restaurant at the hotel

The location was convenient: easy access to Interstate 81 and downtown Watertown NY.

The breakfast was mediocre: very little choice for vegetarians, although the coffee was decent. The scrambled eggs were good, potatoes were not, and sadly, no veggie sausage available.

The complimentary breakfast was better than any local restaurant. The staff was very attentive and kind. Great location for visiting my son near Ft Drum. The bed was comfortable. The "jacuzzi room" was an extremely nice bonus.

Very minor - the sounds of cars going by. The shower curtain was too short and not wide enough for our shower. The floor would get wet as a result.

Room unmade one day, towels,and bathroom cups lacking the second day, the sheets appear to have not been changed over our 5 day stay.

The young ladies at front desk were very accommodating and friendly. Was teasing them and they had great sense of humor. Think one was Chris but didn't get other young lady's name.
