It was close to our location and we did have a very relaxing stay.

Like many of the reviews said the pool is still closed. This wasn’t an issue for use but when traveling with a group of dancers the pool would have been nice. Also the king suite was great but the pull out beds had no mattress. We had to go to the front desk after checking in to ask about it. At first the girl tried giving us a roll away bed as a replacement…I was not okay with that and when she went and talked to the man in charge he had another option of bringing in a mattress. This was a much better option but do feel we should have been told all this upon checking and not wait until we discovered it. I mean we did book for a family of 4, did you think we wouldn’t ask for the 2nd bed.

Wonderful staff! Had an issue with the pet policy (fyi- dogs only) but we worked with the manager to come up with a very reasonable solution. Comfy rooms, huge tasty breakfast! Oh and they had free cookies in the lobby during the evening!

The parking lot felt kinda cramped/hard to maneuver in, but that makes sense for the location. (It's not just off an exit, it's in the middle of a small, older city). Also just to reiterate, this hotel is dogs only.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the kitchen. Facilities would have been grand in their prime, still in decent shape now. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, and entire building smelled fresh & clean. Breakfast was better than most.

Minor maintenance issues - door handle to room worked kinda funky, the toilet was mounted crooked to the floor which drove your knees into the wall when using it (haha), tub drain was really slow. Nothing too bad though.

That I booked through a 3rd party!! I didn’t get into my room until 7 because bookings wouldn’t secure me virtual credit card because I paid ahead of time that’s so I had to pay for my own room and cancel one of my bookings rooms! Then I called and waited 20 minutes to speak to an agent and then they hung up on me after I waited mind you I had 3 toddlers with me just waiting around.. that’s why I gave an 8 other then that was fantastic!

Service was fantastic. People were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Location is in downtown Watertown, and easy access to where we wanted to go.

Our room was clean, but had an aroma similar to that of a smoker's room. It was minor because we didn't spend much time in the room. Also the door handle was loose, but still functional.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. We were traveling with our dogs, and the staff was attentive to them and made everyone feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food and the dining area was sparkling clean with lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. The location is in town and the grounds were well maintained and had ample area to exercise our pets.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the hotel looks inviting. The service is good, as the people on staff were very helpful and warm. The bed was really comfy, the hotel was quiet and we definitely slept well and were rested and refreshed when we left.

The breakfast could have been better. The orange juice and coffee were good, but that dining room needs a rethink. It is cold, rather uninviting, and the paint needs a refresh. Something needs to be put on the walls to draw the eye, as there are no windows and the room looks dowdy.

Old property but in decent condition. Location is good , being a ten minute walk to the pubs and eateries in the main town Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was the usual standard for a BW ( good ) Plenty of parking behind the hotel

Reception area and foyer felt a little sparse and lacking in coziness !

Customer service was amazing! Josh was attentive to our needs and friendly. Our friend making breakfast was very friendly and helped us find activities in the area for my grandson. Thank you very much.

That we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely choose this place every time we come back.

It was very well located, and clean, staff was nice and helpful. Hotel seems older, but was probably very nice in it time.

The beds were SUPER SMALL for two full grown adults. So they were uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. I felt price vs what i got could have been better.
