Very friendly personnel. Latisha (sp?) checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful with place to eat dinner—the WiFi, the breakfast, etc.

You, of course, can hear the planes outside. But that was the main reason we chose it. Close to the airport! So can’t really say we didn’t like the planes!!

Comfortable bed, polite staff.

At 6:00 a.m. lights were still off in the breakfast area and no food had been put out. By 6:05 there was activity, but when you're wanting to catch a 6:30 shuttle to the airport, it's a bit unnerving. When I arrived to the airport the night before, I called the hotel and waited directly under the Zone 1 Hotel Shuttle sign at the airport, but it took several phone calls before a hotel shuttle arrived for pickup while I waited outside in the cold. I arrived to the hotel after midnight as a result. No fun.

All the staff were very helpful. Diane, at the reception, was happy to answer may questions and showed great consideration and Lee Roy , a shuttle driver, helped me to understand the Transportation Centre in the town. A bus stop to the Transportation Centre which is near pleasant areas with clean, tidy and shady squares with plenty of places to eat and the Convention Centre with outdoor attractive art displays, is close by. The room was very clean and comfortable

The breakfast was mainly packaged but the pancake maker was good and the whole area was very clean and tidy.

My debit card was compromised earlier that day and the desk person went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I'm very grateful because I was 1500 miles away from home on a Sunday and my banking institution was closed. My daughter sent me a photo of her card linked to the same account and she was able to cover the deposit. Had that not happened the clerk was willing to trust me on covering any damages.

I can't think of any negatives.

They had a room for us even though it was a last-minute choice because of delayed flight. They accommodated us after midnight. Breakfast was included, and although it was limited, it was sufficient.

The desk told us that the shuttle would arrive at at Zone 1 at CLT in about 45 minutes. After more than an hour, I called and the desk informed me that the shuttle would not be arriving at all since it was now after midnight. We had to take an Uber to get the hotel. If we'd known that the shuttle wasn't available, we would've taken a taxi or Uber earlier.

Wingate by Wyndam came through for us when we were in a pinch! We missed our connecting flight recently, returning home from Mexico. We needed to find a spot close to the airport, since the first flight they could put us on was the next morning. The location of the property is very convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle to/from the airport helped keep our costs down. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff was beyond accommodating. Thanks so much!

The property is a little dated. But it has been well maintained and suits the needs of a traveler staying for just a night or two. The elevators are terribly slow as well.

Great bed and pillows, excellent shuttle service, close to airport, decent enough breakfast ! Nice friendly staff. Stayed in Feb on our way to Barbados and again on our way back because we liked it! No complaints except the price seemed a little high. They do add a $25 deposit at check in but refund it after you check out in a few days. Wifi very good. Small refrig and microwave. Coffee 24-7 Would stay there again!

Just slightly high prices!

Leticia at check in was friendly and lovely, even though it was late and pretty busy to due airport issues for the travelers that were arriving.

I checked in at 10 pm and scheduled the shuttle for 5:15 am. I got to the lobby at 5 am but there were no staff to be found anywhere. When someone finally came to the lobby they said the shuttle had left 3 minutes ago and the next would arrive at 5:30. I ended up having to take an Uber - disappointing after some long days of frustrating travel.

Comfortable beds, and close to the airport.

Had paid prior to arrival, and then the receptionist argued with me and told me I had not paid. After 5 minutes, she then said, "Oh yes, I can see that you have paid." Breakfast was included in the price and was to commence at 6am. We left the hotel at 6.10am to head to the airport and the breakfast room was still in darkness, which was quite disappointing as having breakfast included was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. I like that I was able to control the thermostat and set the temperature where I like it. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and on time.

The breakfast could have been better. I like that there were waffles but, besides that, there wasn't much else. Most of the items were very sugary. I would have liked some peanut butter.
