Property itself was great.

When we went to leave the next day, we saw about 5+ vehicles had been broken into overnight. That leaves a sense of fear which leads me to not want to stay at that location. Plus, the glass had not been cleaned up and we had to do it ourselves so that we wouldn’t puncture a tire. I honestly feel like a statement from the hotel staff or management that morning would have been nice. Just letting us know what happened and providing some type of reassurance that they were doing all they can to keep us safe. I’ve received nothing.

Tru by Hilton offers a good breakfast selection with many options to choose from. The breakfast options were well-balanced and accommodating, even though I wasn't able to take advantage of it on this trip. About the location, it is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions, dining, and transportation options. It is a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a well-located, comfortable hotel.

Simple, but everything you needed. Clean, comfortable, but very loud surrounding our room. At all hours of the night and day, it sounded as if someone was constantly running back and forth in the room above us.

I was up most of the night due to the noise in the space above our room.

The hotel was new and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Good quality and quantity of food choices.

I checked in at 3:30 pm and my room was not ready. The staff was kind enough to get another room. The sink in the bathroom was going down extremely slow.

The staff member,Linee, was so patient and helpful, not to mention was delightful to talk to! The actual hotel was very well kept up and enjoyable to spend time at.

The breakfast buffet was not great…. Having said that, the pancake maker was very cool

We traveled from NJ to surprise our Grandson on his 5th Birthday. Chase enjoyed coming back to the hotel and play games or go swimming. The staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. Just today on the phone my grandson asked if I could pick him up and go to the hotel!

The staff greeted us every time we were in the lobby, was very helpful, and kind. They asked a couple of times how our stay was going and we were able to schedule room cleaning as we wanted. The room was clean and nice. This hotel had an indoor pool, and two parts to the lobby, foosball tables, was in a wonderful, safe location. It was an excellent experience staying there! I highly recommend this hotel!

Tina & Diane at the front desk were very polite and helpful. I like that the lobby was homie. It was a nice gathering spot. Great location

The only thing I wish they had was closet space. I didnt care that my clothes for a wedding were not tucked away. Also go back to the travel size shampoos etc. Not a fan of the squeeze bottles

The breakfast was very good and the area was very clean. The coffee was great !!

A Room near the elevator because my husband has a hard time walking. He has neuropathy in his feet and legs and he is in pain all the time. Next time we stay I will request a room near the elevator.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The coffee available all day was nice and it was Lavazza. An excellent brand.

We would have liked a coffee machine in our room. Getting dressed first thing and going down to the lobby was inconvenient.
