The facility was very clean inside and out, no foul odor or anything like that...on my floor anyway(2nd floor rm 216.) The room is very spacious for two people and the laundry room is on the premises. What I also like about Woodspring Suites, not any can just walk in and out, you need a key card to access the main door in the lobby. Packages can be left for you at the front desk if you order something online, (walmart, amazon etc.) My goal was to find an apartment, and by staying at Woodspring Suites allowed me and my daughter to do that with extended stays, just pay their rates and everything should be smooth sailing from there. Thanks Woodspring Suites, you ladies are amazing. I will be back 😁

My room was next to the elevator and maintenance room. The door slamming was my main issue and from some things with neighbors on that floor. My suggestion, mounting tape would be great on the grooves for the doors just to drown out the sound from the door slamming. Other than that, all good.

I mostly appreciated the location of it, being that it was right next to a 24 hour gas station in case me and my friend needed anything. And the staff were really really nice.

The smell throughout the halls and the room was terrible, we had to buy some air refreshener, and the under the plastic mattress cover there were so many dark stains, it was crazy.

Beds was hard. . Was not comfortable at all .very hard not soft at all. Pillows was hard as well. Other than that it was great price for the stay. I will stay again but I'll bring my own pillows and soft bed topper

The Landry room machines are so old and take your money with no reimbursement needed improvements and some one responsible for money lost and inconvenience

Convenient lodging close to many shops and I-540. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

I thought the Woodspring Suites were nice. I don't remember anything this evening about the wifi. I can't answer the questions with smiley faces from my experience, and I wanted you to know that -- I answered optimistically, not from experience.

Nice cozy apartment style rooms. Great location to a variety of restaurants & shopping.

For the price a continental breakfast would be great! Other than this our stay here was okay!
