We arrived for a late check-in at 11:15 pm and had a mix-up with our reservation to the point that it was cancelled. While it took some time, Best Western did everything they could to make this right again, and we were able to reinstate our reservation. Kudos to the front desk person and the general manager for assisting at such a late hour; my husband and I really appreciate it. In addition, the complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding. Lots of options, including waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, cereal, juices, Danishes/bagels, yogurt, almond milk, boiled eggs, fruit, and a really cool café machine that serves up lattes and cappuccino. Bed was comfortable and amenities were great, including an indoor pool and jaccuzi. Will definitely stay here again.

The rain! LOL. Everything was great overall. Wish the weather would have been better. :)

One of the oddest rooms I've ever stayed in, partly because we had an odd combination of one couple plus two singles. So our room had 2 queen beds, a halfwall separating an area for a cot, plus a kitchen nook and 3 large screen TVs. Full breakfast was good with lots of food and beverage choices available. Although we didn't use them, there was a pool with a jacuzzi nearby and a small workout facility. Location is convenient for people with cars.

Unorthodox room was strange but ultimately met our needs. I thought it was a little overpriced, but it was high season on the Oregon coast. That's why I booked the odd room.

Michael the staff member at breakfast. He was attentive and helpful - making sure everyone had everything they needed, topping up the menu items. Also observed Michael ensuring someone's dietary requirements were met. Then saw Michael working very hard cleaning the reception area - a hard worker, excellent customer service skills - an asset to the hotel.

The walkway/hall/corridor was wet from people walking from the pool to the elevator and rooms. When I asked one member of staff where I could buy a bottle of wine from locally - she didn't know, another staff member had to step in and suggested a shop nearby - but did not indicate any opening hours and I found the shop closed.

I thought everything was wonderful. The breakfast was great, there were many options. The room was wonderful, very clean, nice view. The bedding was very cleanadn crisp ans the pillows were perfect. . The exercise room was fantastic!

The pool was too cold, the jacuzzi jets didn't always work and the water appeared dirty, even though im sure it wasn't. The bed was a little hard.

It was close to the beach. The ladies at the front desk were having difficulty checking me in within their computer system. They remained very pleasant and they put me in another room to see if it would work and it did. It actually was an upgrade but with no added charge. The room was clean and has a single serve coffee maker where you can bring your favorite k-cup coffee pods with you. They provide some in the room. The breakfast they serve is very nice and includes quite a variety including fresh fruit. North of the hotel is a fish/chips restaurant called J’s Fish and Chips which is really tasty!

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help out with any issues (there weren't any, but still willing to help out with anything I needed. They constantly asked me how my stay, the condition of my room was, and if there was anything else they could do to make my stay more pleasant. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere, period.) I am completely blown away by their hospitality. I have already booked another stay with another Best Western Plus for my future travel needs. A+

I really can't think of anything that simply wasn't phenomenal about my stay here. I will be coming back next year to Lincoln City, and this is where we will be staying again.

Asked to check in at 3 pm couldn't check in until after 4 which is standard. They had a sign on desk short staffed both Tuesday and Wednesday at check in. Had to wait for a line to get checked in because no one could check in before 4. So everyone waited until after 4 to come check in. Rest of the stay was ok.

We loved the room! It was clean and comfortable. Even the breakfast was more then we expected. Everyone, from the person who checked us in to when we left were super nice. I especially enjoyed the breakfast person...he said good morning to everyone who went to breakfast and asked how they were and he never stopped moving (restocking items and cleaning). Great experience all around.

The only complaint we had was that the pillows we flat and uncomfortable.

We had a great stay. Our family came to Lincoln City at the start of spring break and this hotel met all our needs. Shout out to Mike in the breakfast room, he took care of all of us dining when we were there and it was great service.

There was someone else’s food and drinks left in the fridge. Not a big deal just one thing we found in the room. Also wish the hot tub wasn’t out of order. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub amenities.

The 2 Rooms we had were clean, the pool, pool facility was great! And enjoyed the breakfast. cleanliness is what I believes people love about “best westerns” for majority locations.

Alll staff but 1 are very grumpy at the front desk along with the staff that work with the breakfast. when I was walking down the hallway on 3rd floor by the stairway, there was one employee could be manager walking behind the front desk Lady raising her. Telling her she had to work certain days weather She liked it or not …after that for the rest of our stay, she was a grumpy grouchy and huffed & puffed if we ask for something.
