We had a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed. Spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Coffee section was very well attended! Free breakfast includes fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, waffles, enough food! The reception staff were all kind and paid attention to our needs. My family member had difficulties in walking, and the hotel's accommodation was highly appreciated! We took a City Hall Tower Tour (15 min tour), and it was fantastic! The City Hall is right in front of this hotel and you can walk there in a couple of minutes! Reading Terminal Market is fun, which is only 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. There is another Marriott (Philadelphia Marriott Downtown) right next door but they do not offer free breakfast for guests, so I think this hotel is a much better choice.

Nothing really.

The location is right in the center, close to everything. Trader Joe is right around the corner. I encourage everyone to use their VALLEY parking as the parking is the back will cost you double , no ins or outs. Very helpful staff.

The location was amazing and right downtown in the city center. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, bars, fashion district, Chinatown and many different tourist attractions. My room was amazing, Executive King suite with all the amenities needed for an 8-day work stay. Housekeeping was thorough and considerate. I never thought they would do my dishes but kudos to them, and when they came to change my linen, they noticed by bible was on the bed and they did not disturb it. Front desk staff was great and managed the chaos of the Superbowl win and parade goers professionally and timely. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast could have been better. It was decent... a usual breakfast buffet that you would find. I will stay the offerings were plenty, and there was much to go around to accommodate the convention in town and Philadelphia fans coming to celebrate.

POV: Former (South and Northeast) Philadelphia resident making a brief visit to town with kids. Very clean, nicely designed, perfectly located hotel with great air conditioner. We arrived back to the hotel and turned on a tv for the first time at midnight. We couldn’t get it to work and called the front desk. They said they would notify maintenance and we fully expected maintenance to come the next morning. Nope. They were there in like fifteen minutes. Same thing happened in the AM when our shower needed a new hose after attempting to use it for the first time. We spoke to maintenance lead Tito while he was replacing the hose. He was friendly. Raymond from valet/parking also provided us with info for the nearest and best lot to park our suv with cargo box on top - it was behind the hotel building and better priced than valet (it was an open parking lot). Kitchen has all the utensils, plates, appliances you may need. The kids also loved this hotel.

We got this hotel for a deal just wished the cost of parking would have been advertised better. Breakfast was like an 6 out of 10 (10 = best) but you can walk to Reading Terminal Market in about 5-10minutes.

The kitchen was awesome and fully functional with all cooking appliances, large fridge, dishwasher, stove, cutlery, pots, pans...etc and can be used to make meals. Lot of attention to little details like paper towel dispensary with extra paper towels, dishwasher and soap...etc The rooms were very clean and large. The view on the 18 facing city hall was amazing ! and room size. Location was awesome next to the excellent Dilworth Park skating rink and many museums within walking distance. Best outdoor skating I have experienced ever compared to DC sculpture garden, canal park, the wharf, Pentagon city, Chicago, Reston Virginia, Ottawa Canada, Toronto Canada...and other places. Many excellent restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The Valet parking service was excellent. The breakfast was above average compared to other hotels. Considering it is included, that is very good.

The bathroom is small but very clean and is only accessible through the bedroom. But not a major inconvenience. Could consider the option for a paid for omelet station to the breakfast. That would be an excellent improvement.

Loved our huge suite with a nice working kitchen. The bed was big and comfy and the location and views were good, 11th floor. Nice big flat screen. Would stay again for sure.

The bathroom was well positioned, away from the main area, but had a few issues: - The water in the shower did not reach a warm enough temperature - The door swing came too close to the toilet, so we had to either fully open or nearly close the door to enter or exit - The shower door design was pretty but cumbersome because it was a halfway glass that we had to navigate around to turn on the water - The shower products were in very flimsy pump bottles that were difficult to use - My kids were in a different room and their toilet didn’t flush

Location, valet employees, room, and most staff were excellent. Perfect from the convention center in which we needed to go everyday. Valet was perfect, they were respectful, helpful, and are very well informed. Room was amazing and up to standards. We were greeted, front desk ladies were friendly and informative. They made me aware of events that could affect my check out which helped us know when to head out check out day.

Our phone wasn’t working for me to call down for extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed so I went downstairs to the front desk which wasn’t a problem. I told the man at the front desk about the phone and then what I needed, he didn’t react to the phone not working and wrote down what I needed. We never received the sheets/blanket and I ended up just sleeping in the bed with my friend.

Fantastic location for exploring the city! Kitchen was super-convenient for reheating leftovers and pre-dinner cocktails. Nice little bar on 2nd floor with reasonably priced drinks, but it isn’t open every evening, and sometimes opened later than advertised. Nice view of Billy Penn atop city hall. Decor could use a little updating/lightening up, but everything was in good repair. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and professional. Loved the guest laundry room—kept spotlessly clean.

The room looked clean, but when I found previous guest’s passport and other items in a bathroom drawer, I was dismayed that housekeeping had not opened and at least given a cursory disinfectant wipe of the bathroom drawer interiors. Air-conditioner often didn’t cool room below low 70s (I like 68-69 for sleeping) even with curtains drawn to keep out afternoon sun.

The property was very clean. It was close to everything. The breakfast was good. We ran into one issue that was not the hotels fault but they made it a point to “make right” even tho it wasn’t their responsibility. The breakfast buffet was small but delicious. The staff was friendly. One lady had an attitude but I’ve had off days too so it’s all good

Our room had some stains (although it was clean), there was a plastic spoon on the hallway floor for our entire stay. Staff walked past it, never picked it up.
