Location of the hotel and the "smell" in the lobby....so vanilla, warm and fresh. The underground parking is great, especially during August with hail season in the hills. take note: we were told the clearance in the garage was 7'10" it is not. It is 6'8". This may not be an issue for most. However, our truck is 7'3" I'm now glad we brought our car.

The b'fast buffet could be expanded with more options. Perhaps similar to the Fairfield at Waitiki/Rapid City. Yogurt, muffins, waffles, pancakes, bacon, a better juice selection.

Breakfast was a wonderful addition to our stay. They served breakfast early at 5:00am, for the round up! Very nice! The beds were very comfortable. Cute place for a holiday inn type of place. Close to town and shops We enjoyed the Buffalo Jeep tour before the big day!

We had a knocking sound in our room. Not constantly but annoying. The staff were aware of it but couldn’t do much because the hotel was booked. When checking out the staff was helpful in trying to address it. The carpets could use a fresh up replacement up in our room. They charged top dollar for the Buffalo round up……. Ouch!

The Springhill staff are some of the best in Deadwood. They’ve always been more than accommodating, friendly, and respectful! The property is convenient in location, quiet, and luxurious. Breakfast in the morning is included too!

The parking lot at Cadillac Jacks is kind of a pain to get through when it is packed.

Large room, very clean and quiet. Loved the food options available in the complex, Earl of Sandwich was really good! Enjoyed our 2 night stay, beds were comfy, breakfast was good.

Parking situation could be better. That being said, we were able to find parking in the lot. Just congested.

It was a great spacious room with comfortable bed and couch. Lots of room. The super spacious bathroom made getting ready super easy!!

The bathroom door. Someone using the bathroom in the middle of the night woke up the whole room. It looks great just not practical. The hotel its self is a little out of the way from down town activities.

This hotel had everything. If you don't want to leave you would not have to. A short walk to downtown Deadwood. The pool was clean and refreshing. The bed was soft and comfy. Had an amazing time with my mom here. Thank you so much

having never been to deadwood, this hotel was perfect. Close enough to the downtown area and the price was perfect. It’s connected with a few other hotels with a casino on the bottom floor. Kind of fun to walk around. The hotel itself was very nice. room was perfect. and the included breakfast was very good. The underground parking was very nice knowing the car was relatively safe.

While breakfast was free, it would have been nice to have more of variety with hot food rather than same thing everyday.

I've traveled from Florida to Washington State and I'm now on my way back home. I've stayed in a lot of hotels but yours is the best in every way.

The refrigerator didn't have a small freezer. I need a small freezer for my ice packs to keep my insulin cold during travels
