The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. The room was to my satisfaction but the mattress was a little too hard for my liking. Everything else was great. We decided to eat at the bar before heading out for the night and the salad was excellent and staff member that provided service to us was great. I will definitely recommend to friend and family. I would also stay there again as well

The bed was not comfortable meaning the mattress itself. Would have liked the pool/hot tub to be open later.

I didn't eat the breakfast because I couldn't believe we were being charged around 15$ each after paying that much for one night's stay. We went to McDonald's for a fraction of the cost.

There were no books in the drawers which told what was or wasn't included in the cost.

Breakfast was fair. Apparently, the head chef called off work, so powdered eggs were served, and the staff could not/did not keep up with refilling fruit, bacon, sausage etc. Families were in town for events their children were involved in. They might have been serving more folks than they are used to. The hotel advertised a new breakfast menu, which we were looking forward to tasting. These things happen. but they were not as prepared as I believe they could have been for such an occurrence. That said, the staff was very gracious and attentive to the customer.

The location was good and the price was ok. The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was ok.

They were renovating the main lobby.This was not advertise in booking. I would like to know if a place is going under some sort of renovation before booking.

Bed was so very comfortable! The were clean and smelled clean. The French toast for breakfast was amazing!!

Parking. Not at the fault of the Hilton, some people just took up 2 parking places for a small suv.

The location was great for our needs. Loved that the hotel had a bar/restaurant in it so after a long day on the road we could have a relaxing meal right there.

The parking was limited due to the on going remodel.

I could have done without the kids running around the floor above and jumping off the beds, the furniture or both until 11:30 Saturday night. Some of us need to sleep.

The Hilton was very nice and comfortable! After a full 12 hours of driving, we needed sleep and a shower. The room was nice. The bathroom was a bit small however the shower was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and the waitress was super nice. The woman who checked us in was quick and nice!

The staff were great. Great pilliws, mattress and linen. The facilities, laundry etc were lively.

The enormous airconditioner in our room was very noisy. Bath is very shallow.

We liked the hotel staff being so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Especially the morning breakfast ladies who were the waitresses. So courteous and professional. Makes a big difference when you have staff go above and beyond to make your stay more appreciative.

Of course, the hotel room rates are way too high for the summer rates. But, none the less they could come down for families who travel and have to stay at a hotel.
