It was cozy and roomy!

There was a dead smell downstairs the day we left!

The cabin was nice. it was comfortable and cozy. the deck and the view were nice. seeing black bears was a bonus.

Needs slip guard tape on the steps. very scary when wet. lights do not work near the bottom of the outside steps. I almost fell forward down the steps. you cannot see where one step ends and another begins. Thank the Lord I was holding on did not fall only stumbled. big burner on stove does not work. downstairs bedroom smoke alarm chirped all night long. There should be a warning online about all the steep steps.

Notified property management within a few hours of arriving that there was a sewer smell. Management claimed they sent maintnace out to check it out and they found nothing wrong. I continued to let them know about the smell throughout our stay and nothing was done nor were accommodations made. My entire family and I had to endure the sewer smell during our stay. Even though a similar review was made about the smell in march it is evident there has been nothing done nor do they plan on addressing it for future guests.

Didn't like anything in the details of this cabin it said hair dryer pool which was like 4 miles away and closed when we ginally get a chance t9 ho out we were here to rest I am 7 months pregnant they didn't warned us about bears coming by our cabin we barely went out we count even sat in the balcony we were scared my kids wanted to leave right away no help no dishwasher no shampoo what a waste we count even do the barbecue cuz we were stucked inside the cabin no chance of doing barbecue cuz bears are all over the place we had our bookings for attractions when we we leaving the bear was sitting right our cabin we lost our money and time and when we called them for help they said sorry no help really???? If you already know it's dangerous here you should atleast have warned us before booking orrrr you should have made the way easy to get in the cabin we have to walk 100ft to get to the cabin of the animal comes to attack us we have no where to go I paid freaking more than 200 dollars per day foe wasting my vacation my off days my pregnancy my kids we were very very upset I want my money back ban this place 💔 very bad experience they want us to xlean the place before we leave than why are you charging us almost 200$ cleaning fee what about the things you described weren't even there should I ask the money for that????? Bull shitttt I would never recommend to anyone
