Hotel basic but clean comfortable.staff friendly Breakfast included in price excellent buffet good choice of food drinks if looking for food in evening time very nice pizza place next door Chicken place just across street 10 mins from airport Would definitely use the hotel again

For the 2 days / nights we stayed don’t think we could change anything Definitely nothing to dislike about our stay

The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was a receptionist who greeted us every time we returned from touring around Nashville, which made us feel welcome. The hotel felt safe because I noticed that the front door was locked, and only guests could enter using their keycards. The location was convenient, with just one bus ride needed to reach downtown Nashville.

There was someone who cleaned our room, but she forgot to leave new bath towels and even took our used towels, so we didn't have any fresh towels to use for our bath.

Willis was great at the front desk. Dawn was good with serving breakfast in the morning and the entire cleaning staff was kind and courteous. Parking was great, right by my room!

Televisions were not linked to the Internet. Therefore, I could not cast my apps to the TV to listen to my music or watch my favorite programs when I was in the room.

Having read bad reviews i was worried that it might not have lived up to my expectations. However everything about this hotel from the welcome, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the room, the excellent breakfast, the location was perfect DONT GO BY THE POOR REVIEWS!

The breakfast was good even tho I think a bit more can be added on some days. I am happy with my stay. Front desk, maintenance guy and kitchen staff remarkable very helpful and pleasant i will say. The linen, surroundings and interior very clean. Highly recommended anytime and I'll stay there again.

Even tho highly recommended the housekeepers need to pay a bit more attention to some areas in the room/ bathroom.

Spot on place to stay for the price! Saved a lot of money staying here than been closer to Broadway, an uber is about $10 each way to Broadway so well worth the price saving! Rooms are huge staff are great also a great little pizza shop at the side that’s open till 5am!

I , unfortunately,could not partake in breakfast. My husband has surgery and we had to leave at 5 am. 🥺 The only negative is that we were on the 3rd floor and I am assuming one of the staff that lives there was cooking and it smelled so bad. They had their door open. Other than that..it was good.. Hot shower and clean room. Would stay again.

Everything was OK. Besides the loose toilet seat and the down spout, it was stuck in one position .

I didn't like that they sent a maintenance person with out leting me know , next time, please inform me first before just sending a person , I felt like if I wasent there he would of just entered with out me knowing.

LOVE the people, LOVE the hotel. My only issue is that I believe they were updating or renovating the room across the hall and potentially above me. Not to bad. The quality of the staff and accommodations made up for it.

I liked our room, it was clean and smelled nice. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave. Water pressure was nice and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was nice. I was a little dissapointed there wasnt bacon or omlete station, but to be fair, we did get down kinda late. Im sure if we showed up early it would've been a better breakfast spread.

Well, when we first got there, it did look kinda sketchy with homeless people around and stuff. But i was pleasantly suprised once we entered the hotel.
