The location of the hotel to the HEART of downtown Nashville is PERFECT. Close enough to walk, far enough away to be peaceful. Room was clean although it could use a bit of an update. The hotel breakfast is a good value. It's priced fairly and the food is good.

The mattress was awful! I think it's time to invest in better quality mattresses.

Hotel was great! We were in town for a concert at ascend amphitheater and the location was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to the venue. Very easy to get to broadway, restaurants, Bridgestone arena, the conference center, and the bridges that lead to Nisan stadium. The staff was excellent as well. From the front desk to valet to the housekeepers everyone was kind and accommodating. Valet was simple and always fast even during busier times. The pool was great but does have limited seating especially seating with shade. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, clean place to stay.

The hotel was overall clean and comfortable but there could have been a few updates made. There is just some signs of wear and age in the rooms. Some of the blankets have pulls and loose threads, paint could be touched up here and there, the air con in our room was a little noisy and was making some weird sounds. None of this bothered us but just wanted to mention it for expectations.

We booked on a whim for 2 nights and with it only being a few blocks from Broadway, that was nice that there was availability. The shower head was the most magnificent shower head ever (and it didn't even detach)!! The staff was so accommodating and nice and would text throughout our stay if there was anything they could do for us. They offered us free drinks at the bar (for no reason at all)!!

The valet...not necessarily the people or the service, it's the property's driveway. It's on an awkward hill and super tight for cars and pedestrians and just unsafe in my opinion.

The location is easily accessible to Broadway. It is clean and very attractive on the inside. The large TV in the rooms is an added bonus. Michelle was my bartender, who is great at her job, polite and friendly. I followed the directions from the booking app. It took me past the valet entrance to the restaurant. I am not 100% sure there is a sign that tells you that you are at the hotel from the valet entrance.

Free Wi-Fi is good, but as far as needing adequate bandwidth for a business trip you will have to pay more for the additional speed. Sixty dollars per day to park is extreme for non-business visitors.

Very clean hotel and polite staff.

The front desk said they would text me when my room was ready. It wasn’t until after four that there was a room. I returned back to the hotel At 4 PM to double check and they told me my room Still wasn’t ready. At that point, I said I would take any room that was available and they suited me with a king room. The other people in my party booked in the same manner and their rooms were ready earlier, even though I Tried checking in before them.

Clean and convenient to Lower Broadway

All good, but would’ve been nice to have ability to stream Netflix or other

This hotel was better than I expected. The building itself is great and the rooms are wonderful but the location was closer to the downtown attractions than I realized so walking to everything was no problem. There are also great restaurants and bars near it. Martin's BBQ across the street was outstanding. It's also really quiet and peaceful at the hotel so when it's time for bed you don't hear all of the crazy stuff like down on lower Broadway.

convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms.

when checking in had issue with credit card machine. Had to use 2 different cards and explained they charged me for one of my rooms twice.Tried to show desk clerk and she was not interested in looking into it. Checked out on Sunday and money not returned until Tuesday When going through booking.com we were given a certain amount that included taxes and fees and that was reason we chose this hotel, price was significantly more at hotel.

Loved the multiple spacious yet intimate sitting areas on lobby floor including small intimate cocktail bar. Loved the roof top pool area, very unique! and walking distance to all the fun! Very clean and smelled so nice. Spacious guest room with very nice bathroom, fridge and microwave.

The Bird pub food menu.was limited and food not so great. No.room service for food or cocktails. Delivery option from pizza place with expansive menu was nice alternative, the food was good

Location was walking distance to Broadway with quiet rooms and restaurants on site. I was able to extend my stay easily. The pool area was descent as well. There was easy access to other dining locations, within waking distance

The hotel couldn't find my reservation upon arrival, but honored the booking price for the day I reserved it. I also thought breakfast was included, but there was a fee. Also, parking is only valet and was advertised as $45, but ended up being $59. I would've also liked USB ports, but that's a personal preference.
