The food was excellent, staff service was also superior. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the pool and the fireplace area and group sitting spots.

The biggest issue was the construction noise and the location of the hotel, which was in the middle of a large amount of construction, making it difficult to sleep in (banging) and difficult to navigate the streets on foot because so many areas were being detoured. As soon as that wraps up, this is a great location right off Rainy Street. I felt the cost of the poolside drinks at 4oz for $20 discouraged me from ordering more than two during my four-day visit.

I loved the modern feel of the property, the rooftop pool was such a beautiful touch added to a beautiful hotel. My King suite was very nice and spacious and was very clean for the most part although I do feel like they could have swept and mopped the floor a bit better.

I liked that it was in a perfect location in downtown Austin, but I did not like that , They didn’t have any public parking for the patrons that stay and pay for the rooms at the hotel, $55 a night for valet is pretty steep, but they have some affordable parking on the street

I liked the fitness room, the Graffiti restaurant, and the pool with towels provided.

Disappointed that the Limestone restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday!

The hotel Staff and receptionists were super nice and organized. The place itself has positive vibes. I was checked in instantly. The pool area view looked nice and refreshing. Once I entered my room, I enjoyed that clean, comfy, and tidy vibe feeling. The bar tenders on the 4th floor were nice and helpful. The location itself is almost central, 15 min. away from Downtown. There is a separate waiting area for Lyft, Taxi, Uber. Free wifi was provided. And free wifi for 2 hours where provided on the ground floor.

Not much. Just the feeling that the reception was not on the ground floor, was new to me. However, the swimming pool view behind the receptionists looked very nice; made sense that the lobby was on the 4th floor.

The staff were excellent, I had a friend that didn't really understand the early check in process and was a bit pushy, the staff not only kept their cool but didn't punish us by making us wait and they gave us a room as early as they could. The bed was comfortable, food and drinks were great.

The lighting was horrible for middle aged eyes that require glasses! A makeup mirror with a light or maybe another lamp or too would be nice. I did enjoy that there were no over head lights.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had plenty of space, and the location was perfect for access to the Austin Convention Center and all the downtown restaurants and amenities. . Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel and would consider it again the next time we visit Austin.

The casual restaurant could be improved and its menu did not match the digital menu shown on our TV in our room. Our TV reception was bad on several channels, it kept getting grainy and pixelated every 15-20 seconds. It was hard to watch certain channels.

I have stayed in this hotel before so I liked the location and the pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean enough

The staff was not helpful. I booked the room for 3 adults and one baby, then my brother decided to stay in another room so I told them to refund for the remaining. They told me to connect to booking, when I checked the booking, the booking was directed to me the hotel phone number. I called the hotel next to the reception 3 times, no one responded :) they said that they can not do anything but I knew they could help.

New hotel well located close to Austin Convention Center. Nice decoration, room and bathroom as of the website photos. New towels, new bed linen nice and new in cotton. Shower was very good. Room has not 100% acustic isolation but level of noise coming from the street was supportable. The employees are heroes as they are few to run the hotel. They do whatever is possible to help with luggage, amazon boxes, checkin and checkout. I didn’t use the parking but the wallet guy was always there.

The hotel should invest in vaccum cleaners as carpets and rooms floors were not cleaned during my one week stay. In addittion my room had house-keeping visits 3 times in the week due to either lack of Hotel organization or staff availability. I didn’t complaint there as I usually left my room at 8:30AM getting back around 7pm. In the checkout there was no receipt although I asked for and the employee told me I was all set . Later in the day they charged my credit card in USD34,64 that during this week I will find out the details.

The room was generously sized and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Enjoyed a bite to eat at the Graffiti restaurant and the bartender was very nice and mixed a lovely cocktail (Green Day), the chicken wrap I had was just right after a long travel day. The hotel is adjacent to Rainey street which is lively and diverse to meet whatever you are in the mood for. The live music that Austin is known for is right there as well. Although I didn't have time to enjoy the pool area, there was plenty of seating and great view of all the action. I had one day to be a tourist and I didn't have a car but found that even with all the high-rise construction in the neighbourhood it was an easy and safe walk to the attractions and visitor center!

I wasn't informed about the housekeeping routine so was disappointed when I returned and found that my coffee hadn't been replenished nor bed made up. I had ample towels and respect the eco approach about linens, but do feel that having to stop at the front desk or call for coffee, coffee cups etc to be a bit of a drag--however they were quick to take care of it.

I liked that the hotel was close to Austin Convention Center and very close to see the city. Jalyn the parking attendant was one of the most friendly person, very engaging.

I didn't like that the parking was over the top expensive with no other options available. To hear the sound from either the vendor trucks across the street, the partying from the restaurants across and on the 5th floor. You could have informed the guess about the noise. I figured it out because there were ear plugs in the bathroom.
