Good location, friendly staff.

I booked a room for 4 people with breakfast included for 4 people. In the morning at breakfast we were told that breakfast is covered for only 2 people so I had to pay . The next day decided to not go for breakfast at all. Disappointing really. Not sure is it booking.com or the hotel's fault but maybe this will help other people when they make their bookings.

We were there overnight only so it was brief but everything was exceptionally wonderful from check-in to check-out. The service at the front desk was so helpful and no issues with our reservation. The room was clean and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable, I slept so peacefully and in th3 morning checked out. I will 100% stay there again.

I wasn't told I needed to keep the "generic" parking key card with me when I left to exit the hotel; I had free parking. When I tried to leave, I had to pay to leave because I turned the card in and wasn't told and didn't know to ask. In their defense: I could have gone back inside to let them know, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck in that situation I know for next time.

Room was lovely. Good value. Good location.

Never got hot water at our bath sink. We reported it first day of three day stay. Was never repaired. Didn’t seem that all the elevators worked. Long wait at elevators. Wish the Crowne plaza signs weren’t broken. Made the place look dumpy and it wasn’t actually bad at all

Very nice staff, love the location of it, also the $25 parking garage is a plus. Come and go as you please.

There was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod also a string of hair in the corner of the tub. So of course I’m thinking house keeping didn’t clean it. When I laid to go to bed the comforter had a smell but the sheets looked very clean.

Did not eat the breakfast. I had surgery the next morning.

Can not think of anything that was not very nice. Excellent location for the Medical Center. Should have a discount for older medical persons from out of town that need a place to stay overnight.

The beds were excellent, I think I might look for a mattress like the one I slept in there.

The shower water was not very hot, and the fact that I had to pay to park and there was no alternative was a bit ridiculous.

Early check-in was provided and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing was that the cable wasn't working even after calling front desk twice. Was told someone was going to come look at both times it but they never showed up.

“In house” restaurant was overpriced and had subpar food, the store located in the lobby was absolutely insanely overpriced.

Above the beds were dusty and not cleaned I’m guessing because nobody looks at them. Was unaware of the parking fee until I got my last bill. Very unhappy about that.
