My stay at this joint was like diving headfirst into a glitter-bombed fever dream, and I’m here to scream about it! This place? It’s not a hotel—it’s a VIBE FACTORY cranked to 11! The staff? I swear, somethin’ funky was floatin’ through the air on my floor—prolly some rogue happiness gas leakin’ from the carpark break area. I didn’t even need to hunt it down; that sweet, sweet cloud of good vibes only hit me like a joy-filled freight train! I’m talkin’ grinnin’ like a maniac all day, lookin’ like I just found out I’m related to a billionaire. If you’re feelin’ like the world’s a dumpster fire or you’re one bad day from yeetin’ your phone into traffic, GET YOUR BUTT TO THIS HOTEL. Getting tired and needs some TLC

It was a nice hotel, if you’re not into the too fancy or the too cheap but something that falls in the middle, this is a good hotel for you. It is about 10 minutes from downtown.

Traffic does form a lot by the hotel, since it’s by the freeway. So if you don’t like loud noises, I’d say think about it. Breakfast is not free which is a little bit of an inconvenience if you don’t want to go around and waste money on diners, restaurants, etc.

The room . It had iron and ironing board , table top fridge and microwave

Making lodgers pay for parking is very annoying and absurd . Paid 25 dollar per day for overnight parking which made 100 dollars . If I knew I wouldn’t have booked this hotel . That’s the only disgusting thing about the hotel . Every order things are fine

Good location, friendly staff.

I booked a room for 4 people with breakfast included for 4 people. In the morning at breakfast we were told that breakfast is covered for only 2 people so I had to pay . The next day decided to not go for breakfast at all. Disappointing really. Not sure is it booking.com or the hotel's fault but maybe this will help other people when they make their bookings.

Above my expectations, I have stayed in many hotels, and this one was one of the most comfortable the cleanest the most convenient and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was very, very nice. I can’t say enough about this place. I would write it five stars.

There’s nothing to say bad about this hotel

Room was lovely. Good value. Good location.

Never got hot water at our bath sink. We reported it first day of three day stay. Was never repaired. Didn’t seem that all the elevators worked. Long wait at elevators. Wish the Crowne plaza signs weren’t broken. Made the place look dumpy and it wasn’t actually bad at all

Very nice staff, love the location of it, also the $25 parking garage is a plus. Come and go as you please.

There was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod also a string of hair in the corner of the tub. So of course I’m thinking house keeping didn’t clean it. When I laid to go to bed the comforter had a smell but the sheets looked very clean.

We were there overnight only so it was brief but everything was exceptionally wonderful from check-in to check-out. The service at the front desk was so helpful and no issues with our reservation. The room was clean and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable, I slept so peacefully and in th3 morning checked out. I will 100% stay there again.

I wasn't told I needed to keep the "generic" parking key card with me when I left to exit the hotel; I had free parking. When I tried to leave, I had to pay to leave because I turned the card in and wasn't told and didn't know to ask. In their defense: I could have gone back inside to let them know, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck in that situation I know for next time.

Clean, easy to drive to, onsite parking. We appreciated being able to use the laundry/washing machines and getting quarters from the front desk.

Wish there was easier access to the stairs - rather than the elevator all the time.

Easy access to the freeway, very kind staff. I arrived early and since they couldn't check me in they offered to keep my bags guarded
